Evidence of insurance is necessary. I had received a quote from Richard to replace my hot water tank. Tina then sent me back a seven page contract and a three option payment schedule that would not allow me to make to schedule an appointment to replace my hot water tank until the down payment was received. The contract was so strict that I was skeptical of their performance so I asked them to submit Certificates of Liability Insurance before they began work. They canceled the appointment and the next day I received an email that said Richard felt I should find another Contractor to do the work. Dealing with Astacio Plumbing is a big waste of time.

They came to my apartment because they are the contractor used by the Association, in the two occasions they came were rude and nasty and the job was below average, we decided to use our own contractor.

They found tho problem with a poor installation of a hot water heater that others could not figure could not locate. Later they fixed a leak in a drain. Neat clean on time and professional.
