I had a leaking shower above the kitchen (water dripping through a ceiling light) and was unsure as to the cause. After eliminating the caulking around the stall it had to be either the supply side or drain side plumbing, either of which would involve ripping open panels of sheetrock including the kitchen ceiling. But before Joe from Bottichelli started sawing away he spent some time looking carefully behind the shower control as well as at the floor drain, which Im extremely thankful for. He suspected the seal around the plastic drain and had a special tool to take it out, then set out to 5 different supply companies to find a replacement. So far so good, no leaks yet. I really appreciate Joes experience and problem-solving approach. He approached the issue like it was his own home. Removing sheetrock would have been a major hassle and cost for me to repair and he saved that option only as a last resort. Thanks Joe!

I called them as a brand new homeowner. Toilet pump broke same day as hot water heater, simply a coincidence. Called Boticelli to fix, they called me while I was at work, fiancee and daughter at home. They came quickly and promptly, but fixed both for $1,200. Now less than a year later the water heater broke - come to find out a new water heater is around $300.00 and a new toilet is $60-$100. Why wouldnt they tell me that? I didnt know, and I was busy at work, while my family needed hot water...They were only there for about an hour. Not a great way to do business, what a total waste of money.

I was informed there is a $69 service charge. Meaning I would be billed $69 for the plumber to just come out and tell me whats wrong. I asked if the service charge would be waived if I accepted the repair costs. I was told it wouldnt be. Nickel and diming customers from the onset isnt a great way to run a business or build trust. I called another plumber. There are many; of course most will not ding you with a service charge like this. Nor should they.
