This company did some work for us. They did a terrible job. We had to have someone fix the job that Russo Plumbing supposedly did. Then, the next day we found out that they had caused flooding in our downstairs neighbors condo. I tried to get in touch with them for help, nobody would return my calls. They even cashed the check we had written them after we told them not to. So we paid $250 for them to come out and do nothing but cost us more money! I am going to take them to Small Claims Court. This has been terrible. THEY KNOW WHO I AM AND I HOPE THEY READ THIS. I dont want anyone else to get royally screwed by these crooks. And even if they did do the job correctly, they are still so over-priced its insane! Who do they think they are, doctors?

I have used Russo 3 times in the 2 years Ive had this house. Once was to fix the problems that another plumber made worse. More recently, they replaced our boiler in less than a week (just before Thanksgiving) when the Oil company (that we have a service contract with) said it would take 6 weeks. They were also Thousands of dollars below what the oil company quoted! These guys rock!

Give me a break- must be a competitor(poor rating below) - I have used Russo for 15 years and have referred endlessly- always a very meticulous, efficient, price is competitive but work is exemplary. Always answer phone and/or respond within an hour- Highly recommend and ALWAYS will.
