The Diamond Club has been well worth the expense. After a leaky pipe was discovered in my entryway, which resulted in tearing up my 8 month old laminate floor, a member of the Charles Krull & Son, Inc Team arrived within 30 minutes of my 11:30 pm call to inspect the damage and schedule the repairs for the following morning. Plumber arrived on time and replaced the pipe quickly, and also fixed an adjacent eroded pipe free of charge. Their expeditious and quality work allowed us to dry out the subfloor and prevent further damage.
