Sunburst Plumbing provided professional service from the first phone call until the end of the project. I need my kitchen sink snaked and a toilet adjusted. Kenny arrived right when Beth said he would and was friendly and efficient. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. Will be using these guys again. Scott from Ridgefield.

I also found them to be very expensive. The invoice included the service call along with the cost of the work (isnt that usually included instead of in addition?). There was no breakdown between parts and labor. The invoice merely said time and materials. I would not recommend them and will certainly not use them again.

Sunburst Plumbing fixed my problem, and delivered a solution that was more creative than the other guy. Did they do what I asked them to do? Yes. Were they cheerful and helpful? No. Were they expensive and unwilling to explain the details of their charge? Yes. Will I call them back to do more work? Probably not.

The insulation on our pipes was old and worn - Sunburst was out in just a day or so to add insulation around the old piping and their services were very affordable. Wouldnt call anyone else.
