DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - BAIT AND SWITCH RIPOFF!!! The details: We used these guys several years ago with good results so we thought wed try them again. We just needed a cartridge replaced in a sink faucet and shower body. First off, when I sent in a request via their website my cell phone range literally a minute later. Hmm. The guy was ready to send someone the next morning but I told him it wasnt an emergency. We set up an appointment for that Saturday morning but the salesman (I can only assume) refused to give me even an estimated labor charge. I figured they did well by us previously so why not give them the benefit of the doubt. The plumber showed up on time and quoted me a price of $299 labor for the sink and $250 for the shower body. Really??? To replace two cartridges? PLUS PARTS mind you. I have Parkinsons disease and this guy is standing at my door, so Im kinda feeling hamstrung. I have him do the work - he couldnt figure out the sink - and to get one stinkin (shower body) cartridge replaced the total bill came out to $360 - and thats WITH a $25 coupon! I contacted the company about this and never received a response. I will NEVER use these guys again. HomeAdviser here I come! Id have given this place ONE STAR save for the fact that the actual gruntworker was a nice guy.

As a new homeowner, we encountered a leak during our first few days at our new house. I knew I wanted to call a company that was trustworthy, reliable and efficient. My first instinct was to call Citywide. We called them on July 4th and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. They called me to inform me when the plumber would arrive, and as promised, he was here on time (earlier than expected which never happens :))))) I was so pleased that I didnt have to wait around all day, like most companies operate. The plumber arrived and got right to work. He explained to us each step of the repair process. He was extremely informative and made sure we understood what needed to be done. He was very careful and neat. We were so pleased with the job. He cleaned up after the job and made our home look the same way as when he entered. I cant say enough good things about this company. They truly live up to their motto. I would highly recommend this company. There is a reason why they have been in business this long. If I ever encounter another plumbing issue in the future, I will be sure to call Citywide. Its not every day you come across a company that truly lives up to their name! :)

Citywide was incredibly responsive to our flooding and cesspool issues. Evans, Ginny, and Orlando provided exemplary service for each of our problems. Evans promptly responded to our plumbing request and investigated the initial issue to determine the next best steps. Ginny arrived shortly thereafter and took the time to locate our mystery cesspool location, assess its condition, and service accordingly, all the while explaining each step, possible outcomes, and future options, with little pieces of advice along the way. Lastly, Orlando arrived to snake out our pipes, which was done quickly, efficiently, and with a full explanation at its conclusion. As this is our first experience with Citywide, we cannot express our satisfaction and gratitude enough to the entire team today. In our time of crisis, Citywide stepped up. They handled all issues at hand with a genuinely positive attitude. We would highly recommend their services and will undoubtedly call upon them in the future.

Extremely rude, arrogant, and stupid. Called to report a leak I had and was told there was no diagnostic fee. Less than an hour late I received a call from dispatcher to tell me one of their plumbers was in the area. Told me there was a $125 diagnostic fee. When I asked about this I received a stupid and rude reply telling me gas for the truck isnt free. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was just as rude and told me there was a fee and I had wrong information. He didnt care about the rude comment from his dispatcher. He told me to take it or leave it. I said forget it and hung up. Called someone else who knows how to speak politely and appreciates the business. These guys give blue collar workers a bad name. Google gave me 100 results for other plumbers. Its 2017, and we have choices and the internet. Google will either make or break your business so treat your customers with some respect.

This company is great!! After all the poor plumbing companies we went through, we will never use any other company than Citywide! From the moment I called, I spoke to someone who was not only professional but knew what they were talking about. I was told a time when they would arrive and not only were they on time they were early! That is quick service or at least the best response I have ever had. They quickly fixed the problem while being extremely neat and respectful. Overall my experience with Citywide was great and would never think about using any other company all my plumbing & sewer problems.

Called Citywide at 7pm last night and Gary F was at our house by 8. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave us a very reasonable quote, assuring us that hed get our tub unclogged. We had been snaking the pipes in the basement and had no luck so we were sure it was going to be a hard job. He had the tub pipes clear in 12 minutes and left us to enjoy our night worry free with a 6 month guarantee on the work. Will definitely call Citywide in the future. Gary F is awesome.

The most rude person weve met. I requested an estimate and as the crew came to in to my house i told my husband to asked if they can take off their shoes as I have babies in the house. The guy replied my husband "NO" and told the other guys we are leaving. Then as he leaves he said "f&&%$ing ridiculous" and just left. All he asked and politely if they can take off their shoes. If they cant, just reply no they cant instead cursing and all. That was just rude.

I called for service at 7.30 pm they said service man would be there at 9.30pm. The service man came at 8.30. He is a total GENTELMAN his name is Bever thats what they call him(Delano).He told me the piping was not in good shape but he would do all he could to save it thank God he was very careful. He did a WONDERFUL JOB and all is fine. I will use City WideSewer@ Drain AGAIN when needed.Thankyou for saving the night. And most of all THANK YOU BEVER God Bless

I called citywide on sunday at 4pm I had a bunch of company coming over for my daughters birthday and the basement started flooding with sewage. They rushed a cesspool truck to my house within an hour to service my full pool. They were professional and courteous . The guy Ronie really knew his stuff. And best of all I found out they dont charge extra for weekends or sunday !!! Thank you for saving my family party and making me a happy customer.

I have used Citywide 4 times in the past. Both plumbers John and Gary was very professional, neat and resolved my pipe leaks within 2 hours or less each time. I have used other plumbers in the past, they quote you one thing and once the job is complete the end results is not the same. I just recently found another leak from the floor, John was out promptly at the scheduled time. Will continue to use this company for my plumbing needs.
