John Cilento is a truly honest business man. He tells you exactly what the issue is, there is NO hidden agenda, NO hidden costs! His workers come on time, work neatly and explain what they are doing. I recently had Matt at my home twice in one week for two separate issues, both of which were major repairs. After his assessment of the situations, he genuinely felt badly about giving me the news regarding the extent of the repairs. He conferred with John to determine what would be the least invasive way to go about each of the repairs as well as, what would be most cost effective for me. Jason @ Pipeline is awesome. I had two somewhat pressing issues - toilet leaking brown water from the base, and leak under the kitchen sink. He was able to squeeze me in same day - he quoted a fair price, and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Extra points for clear communication, and for making sure the workspace was nice and clean when he finished the job. Love that you can text Jason, and that he responds quickly. Definitely recommend, and will use again.
