From start to finish working with Fossati Plumbing has been a great experience. My wife and I are very happy with the results. We have a small space for our boiler and the original left hardly any room for access and maintenance. Rich at Fossati recommended the Weil Mclean Hot Water ecoboiler. Mainly because it is nice and compact (fits on the wall) and is perfect for our situation. Getting the old boiler out was a real chore but they didnt complain and after the install everything was perfectly tidy. The price they charged was typical. Importantly though everything turned out great and its all running fine. Fossatis technicians are very personable and know their stuff. That is my main concern because as you know boiler installs are not for the faint of heart and we wanted a licensed, qualified outfit that will install our water heater correctly. I definitely recommend these guys.

I am so happy I found Fossati Plumbing! Rich and his son Richie came and looked at my toilet on Friday said I needed a part, came back the following Tuesday fixed it and charged me a fair price. I am so happy, I waited to give this review because I have had it fixed before and the leak always seems to come back. Not this time, Rich repaired this on 8/2/16 and its been good ever since. I had a problem with the handle came loose from my toilet after 8/2/16, I called and Rich came out the next day and fixed the handle at no charge. It is wonderful to find a fair and honest local plumber and it is a family business, I believe I have spoken to both his wife and daughter on the phone as they answer the calls. They definitely have me as a customer for any future plumbing problems I have. And I will recommend them to family and friends

I was trying to shut off and drain my hose spigot for the season, grabbed the handle for the valve and it broke off right in my hand! Lucky for me it wasnt leaking. I called Fossati Plumbing and they gave me an appointment the next day. The support staff was really nice, they didnt try to rush me off the phone and were willing to work with my crazy schedule. Their plumber showed up on time, was very neat and professional. He explained everything to me before hand. He even told me the cost up front which I appreciated very much. This way there were no surprise charges. He was super respectful of my home. He took off his shoes when he came in and when he left it didnt even look like he had been there! No cleanup on my end required. I would definitely tell my friends to use them.

I had tried two plumbers before I was lucky enough to get in touch with Fossati Plumbing. One didnt return my call, the other didnt show up for the estimate. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Fossati Plumbing & Heating! Upon calling, Deanna immediately set me up with an appointment since my husband and I only have one shower in the house. Jeff came out the following day, he was prompt & cheerful! We went over pricing before any work was performed, I felt the price was fair and he proceed to do the repair. He located the leak right away and got to work on it. When Jeff completed the job it was neat & tidy. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family!

Fossati Plumbing is amazing! I had a pipe burst while I was away. I called two other companies besides Fossati, I was glad they came first. Rich was great, not only did he fix the problem, he made sure I had no other issues, and then found another water leak. He quickly resolved both issues, and explain to me why the pipes had burst. He also walked me through the procedure in dealing with my insurance company since I had to file a claim for flood damage. The work and professionalism this company has shown was above satisfactory. They are trustworthy and reliable and I would definitely use them again, I would recommend Fossati Plumbing to anyone in need of an honest and knowledge plumber.

We moved to Patterson N.Y. from Staten Island in January. It is our first home and being an older home we ended up having some plumbing issues. We reviewed many local plumbers and ended up going with Fossati. We couldnt have made a better choice. Everyone we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and professional. Jeff has been top notch. The service Fossati provides is second to none. My wife, myself our daughter and our two dogs are extremely grateful to Fossati. We are put at ease knowing that when the next plumbing issue arises Fossati will be there to help us. We cant thank Jeff enough for the service he has provided for us.

I called them for an emergency back up, they came on July 1 and charged me alomust 700 dollars and didnt fix the isse. Less then 2 weeks laters the house was flooded and I called roto rooter who was surprised Fossati didnt snake the line. I called the owner to ask for a refund or partial refund because this was clearly bad work on Fossati. He yelled and screamed at me and said it was my fault because I should have know. I am shocked by this and taking them to small claims court. I wouldnt recommend them if my house was 10 feet deep in sewage and they were only company in town

We moved to the area 2 years ago and have been using Fossati since. Very reliable and competent. I feel that Rich has always been fair, and most importantly, very capable. I have found it difficult at times to find good service personal but with regards to plumbers, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them. Debbie always very helpful and patient with phone calls. I believe they take their work seriously and I feel that they know what they are doing when I need to call them out. Weve had a few jobs done - all so far very competent work.

It went very well. I was helped by Deanna in the office and she was great to work with. When the plumber arrived, I immediately felt comfortable and confident as he was well experienced. Working with a small, family owned company is something I prefer and I was not let down! Jeff installed my filter quickly and showed us how to change future filters and helped get our water tested before and after. He was knowledgable, friendly and professional. I would return to using Fossati Plumbing and Heating over and over.

What a great company to do business with. From the estimate to finished job. Prompt and reliable, Rich with his son showed up as scheduled and did a great job installing my new water pump. Its obvious plumbing runs through their veins, Rich explained his dad was a master plumber and he worked with him ever since he was a young boy and now his son Rich Jr. Is following in his footsteps learning the trade. Family business with great values! Rare these days... Would highly recommend this family business.
