Furnace stopped working - checked everything out as I could without opening the furnace and figured something electrical or pilot out. Friends in Pawling recommended Fountain. Called Monday at 7:15am and they were at our house in Lake Carmel by 8am. Found a broken wire inside the furnace. Out the door by 8:30 and without a costly bill. Delightfully kind to my sleeping wife and infant.
