We recently purchased a 2 family house in Rosedale, NY (near the border of Nassau County, Long Island) and with the summer heat now here our tenants central air conditioning system was not cooling. Pipe Doctors sticker was on the unit outside so I called them. My call was answered by a very helpful woman who had me check several things first before scheduling a service call. Sadly none of those tips did anything but I was offered an appointment within 2 hours. The technician and an apprentice arrived in less than an hour and quickly got to work. The system was not that old, but it was not maintained properly. Mike (the tech) showed me video and pictures he took on his iPad of my system and offered several suggestions. About 2 hours later the system was cooling perfectly. He was very through, detailed and most of all clean and professional. Regardless of the price I will call them again without hesitation.

Had to call on a snowy Friday evening. The dispatcher was awesome - tried to help us fix the problem over the phone so we could avoid a service call. Unfortunately ended up needing a service call. Mike D arrived within 1/2 hour and was wonderful. Not only did he fix the problem but answered all our questions and explained what we should be doing for monthly maintenance. Even with the emergency service call the bill was very reasonable. Weve used you before and well continue to use you in the future. Thanks for everything Pipe Doctor! My house is warm and you were all great to work with - professional AND nice.

Mike and his technicians are always on point. I have used them for a few years. One major central A/C diagnosis and repair after that routine maintenance. They are neat, clean and above all great technicians. They have state of the art equipment and know how to trouble shoot. They send me detailed receipts emailed, which is great to see what you have had done and when. Their pricing is accurate and fair. A job well done and a job done well!

Pipe Doctor Plumbing does excellent work and they are reliable. Been using them since I bought my home in Woodmere in 1999. When they promise to show up at a certain time, they do unlike others. I also had to use them for a heating emergency and the owner came out himself at 3am. Great job!

My central air conditioning unit went out at 8pm last night. I called at 7:30 am they were there at 8:45 am. They diagnosed the issue and fixed my AC in less than an hour. I was happy with the service and the price. Will use again
