Clean, no-frills gym. Ive been going early morning for over 3 years. They have lots of cardio equipment (ellipticals, cross-trainers, treadmills, etc.), lots of weight lifting machines, and a large free weights area but no pool. If youre looking for a low-cost, quiet gym in which to exercise regularly, I recommend it highly. If youre looking for the absolute latest equipment, a place to swim, a place to grunt loudly or the "in-place" to socialize, probably not your best choice. The 5:30 AM - 8:30 AM membership tends to focus on their daily exercise rather than on socializing. Still, many friendly regulars. I havent asked much of the staff, but theyve responded competently and in a friendly manner when I have.

My experience has been very good. If you dont know what youre doing well then its probably not the place for you but for the price you cant beat it...guess depends on the location you go to. Very nice people at the front desk, always someone cleaning and friendly regulars..like at any gym you should clean before and after you use a machine for your own health..Contrary to the Edge...arrogant employees, trainers that think they know what theyre doing, and half naked people running around...bet those people that are so concerned about cleanliness have no worries about sharing equipment with them...Just saying...THE EDGE SUCKS

This gym is beyond great. You cant beat the $10/month price ($20 if you want to use any Planet Fitness), and unlimited use of a trainer. The trainer awesome. Sometimes its just me, and sometimes1 or 2 others. I get the same attention and workout either way! I work out 7 days a week, and work with the trainer Mon-Fri. Someone said the customer service is terrible, but I disagree 100%. Everyone at the desk has been super friendly and helpful. The equipment is great and regularly maintained.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Cancelled my account and they still charged me for 4 months after. This place is disgusting. The people at the front desk are absolute morons. When you call the receptionist cant even speak english there is never a manger around. My family got sick everyone had a stomach virus due to the disgusting equipment that never gets cleaned. GROSSED OUT- NEVER COMING BACK. Be warned.

Its OK. They took over an older gym, so theres not as much light or space as you might like in a newer gym. The treadmills are older models that show their wear, but its fine to fit in a basic workout while waiting out the commute traffic northbound. Mens locker room has a decent amount of space and large lockers.

Good equipment. Staff during the weekdays are rude and obnoxious. I watched them cheer an attractive lady that walked into work out. Chanting and clapping as she walked by the front desk. Consistently laughing and goofing around with each other with 0 attention to their job. What a circus. Useless employees.

I have been going here for a month and I love it. I dont understand the bad reviews. I had read them gave this place a chance and I am so happy I did. The staff is awesome the place is clean. I will def think twice when I read a bad review somewhere again.

It looks as if its a hangout spot for a couple of employees and members at the night hours...talking loud amongs themselves and when you can actually hear them over your headphones to the point where its annoying and it makes a bad workout experience.

False advertising: it was actually just a building. Maybe I just dont get it, but something about lifting heavy things just to put them back down has always felt Sisyphean. I climbed the stairway to heaven, but it didnt seem to lead anywhere.

Actually overcharged for what your paying here. The mens locker room has a sewer odor. Very limited on free weights and machines. Was repremanded for being to intense one day...quit the next. Happy I found the edge.

The gym was fine. The price was great. But the customer service is horrible. The explanations for why they cant do reasonable things would be funny if they werent so frustrating. Dont believe the no commitment ad.

The gym is clean, it is not congested, there is a great variety of machines and the manager, Joey, is pleasant, always greets us with a smile and wishes us a good night before we leave. Excellent!

This gym is not clean and when you cancel your membership they continue taking membership dues from your account, so be prepared and get your signed release from them debiting your account.

Friendly staff, clean environment, machines are working properly and there are enough free weights for mid level athletes. Up to 80lb dumbbells and up to 60lb fixed weight bars

Im not into all the extra stuff like pool, sauna, and other amenities. This place has weights, treadmills, and elepitical machines. All machines have tvs. Very pleased with gym.

A decent no frills gym. While most of the machines operate well, many of the TVs are in disrepair. Its a good gym, just needs some attention to detail.

For the price its a good gym, less crowded than the Stamford one. Feels a little claustrophobic with low ceilings in the cardio area.
