I dont know why its taken me so long to write a review about a place I love, but here we are writing a review that I should have probably written about 6 months ago! The hubs and I have been OTF members for almost 8 months now, and we just love it here. After our old gym closed, my husband I were trying to figure out where to go/what to do. After being lost for about a month, I finally suggested to my husband that we try out this place called Orangetheory, as Id heard about it but had never been brave enough to try it. So, we signed up for a class on a Saturday with Michelle, who was pretty incredible at introducing us to everything we needed to know before our class began. Once we got into the workout, we were like ok, this is definitely challenging, but it was a challenge that we needed. In the last 8 months, weve grown accustomed to the workouts and LOVE the coaches and the front desk staff. Everyone who works there is SO friendly, and the trainers are great. The workouts are always challenging in different ways, but I can definitely see an improvement in my strength and body due to the workouts. I pretty much tell everyone I know to check out OTF as its been great for us.

Even if you go every single day, it is NEVER the same workout. Monotony gets old...fast. I also like the different energy from each instructor, which always puts a fresh spin on my workouts!! The hardest part is dragging myself here but once inside OTF, I go on autopilot. No overthinking why am I doing this? I JUST DO THE WORKOUT. And I do it HARD. And sweat. Finally I love knowing HOW HARD my heart is working and that I can adjust and/or intensify my workout as needed. I am self-motivated so the stats on the board are very helpful for (competitive) me.

I like the small group setting. Group fitness is a great way to motivate yourself and others to push Harder in workouts. Every class has a balanced workout to help every part of your body. I went to a free class at orange theory and I was very impressed. As much as I want to be in shape I wasnt motivated at other gyms. The one session that I went to I had a great workout. The instructor Michelle was very knowledgeable on all parts of the workout. Whether youre a beginner like me or dont know too much about fitness group sessions is the way to go.

I love otf! Its everything you need to be doing at the gym, and it takes all the guess work out of it! I used to go to the regular gym, do 45 minutes of cardio, and then play around on machines but I had no idea what I was doing, and I made no improvements. As soon as I started otf, I started toning and losing weight. Its coming up on a year and Ive lost 30lbs went down a couple dress sizes. I love that there is a science behind it, and a science that really works! Life time member!

A great atmosphere from the moment a member checks into the studio! Its a mix of weight resistance and cardio all packed into one hour while displaying ones heart rate on multiple screens - add the insctuctors incouragement and monitoring along with their music playlist and you got yourself a workout like no other. Since all members heart rates vary, the only competition during the workout is the person in the mirror. - Try it!

I enjoy that it is always different, and adds a little self competition to beat current goals. Coach Debbie, Michelle and Kika are amazing!! They are always encouraging you to add that extra push which you didnt even know you were capable of or wouldnt try on your own. I tried my first class a year ago and keep coming back!

It feels very personal; as close as you can get to a personal trainer in a group class. The whole concept of interval training under guidance has really clicked with me. I always hated the treadmill bc it was boring, but it certainly is not boring when the workout is always changing.

Great 1 hr workout. Nice mix of endurance and strength. Coach Michelle was extremely enthusiastic and instructive at the same time. Front desk staff was all about the customer/member. Place was spotless! Highly recommend.

The classes are great but there are constantly wait lists to get into a class. I would not recommend the unlimited plan as youll never get into the number of workouts you want for the week.
