My scalp was burnt and my hair on the right side of my head went on fire. The hair blower had shot out flames.I imdiately asked they guy worker in the bathroom if they had ice or cream since my head was burnt.he did not speak good english and kept saying no. i was kinda in shock due to what happen.i imediately went to the front desk and explained what happen. the girls at the desk continued to help the people at the counter.when i got loud she then rang me up for my drink.when i explained i need ice now she looked at me and still went back to ringing me up.at this point i said give me license now because i want to leave. she then said i need to see a salesman first but he was busy. they had no ice packs and she gave me a bag of ice that was not even useable on my head.i rushed thru the sales opitch and left.when i got outside in the cold my head was really burning and my hair was all burnt.i then called the club and asked for the manager and was told he was on break. i then asked who was in charge and the girl said hold on the manager greg was walking back towards her now. she then got on the phone and said he had to leave for the night,and they put a guy matt on he was the only person who seemed to care. after speaking with matt he told me to call 10am which i did to speak to the manager who realy didnt seem to care much and was blowing it off as no big deal. my scalp being burnt from a faulty hairblower and no first aid kit and then after several calls and getting brushed off and told that my head being burnt wasnt there fault i then told them where to go and was told to stay out of the club.....dont turn this around on me that you have faulty equipment and you are not capable of handling any type of first aid. they handled this situation very badly and with no class. all hey kept saying is what do you want from us.....i honesty just want to not have a burnt shaved head

MAJOR SCAM. STAY AWAY! I was looking for a gym to join in May and happened to find this gym in close proximity to where I live. I got a tour by one of the managers and was offered a 30-trial to the gym at 20$. The manager even told me that I could have the 20$ refunded if I didnt like the gym and wanted to cancel within 30 days. Sounds good right? Thats what I thought. Come 3 weeks later, I find the gym is too crowded for me and not well enough maintained. I ask to cancel my membership and I get an attitude from one of the girls at the front desk. She hands me this torn piece of a paper with an address and tells me to mail a letter saying I want to cancel. I mail the letter and a few days later find an 85$ charge on my credit card. I get a call from the corporate office with a lady telling me that "unfortunately you didnt visit the gym 10x in the trial period (complete BS, I went many times), and Id only be partially refunded (30$)" I didnt want to argue with this lady and asked for a manager. I was told I would receive a call back from a manager the next day but never received one. I called again and spoke to some guy, who became rude, I might add, once I again asked to speak to a manager. I was told I would get a call back and again, no answer. TLDR: Subpar-gym scams new people to join into a 30-day trial without mentioning you have to attend the gym 10x to get a refund. Otherwise they will charge you an additional 85$ and give you the worst run-around/customer service youve ever experienced when you try to get your money back. They know full well they are scamming you the second they sign you up. I spoke to 2 managers before I cancelled with this shithole and neither one mentioned that clause.They will scam you out of 105$ for using a 30-day trial. STAY AWAY

This use to be such a clean gym, the atmosphere was really nice when I first joined 8 years ago. I come back from Europe after 2 years and decided to join back just 2 days ago for the $33.50/mo after also including my dad for an addictional $33.50/mo ($134 up front for first and last month for both of us.) So I did with out looking at the workout equipment, furnishings, bathing room or even the manner of how people treat the gym. I literally saw 2 Aftican Americans having sex in the pool, after spotting them they froze.. And then laughed. The showers are really dirty, 2 bath stalls at the far left corner flood up due to drainage issues, people leave things all over the floor (the courtesy towels offered by staff is treated like toilet paper by members, then later washed and guess what they pass it to you when you come in again,) some bring boom boxes inside the showers, I saw some sperm on the floor with the gym towel beside it in the shower stall. No one sanitizes the machines after use, the floors are dirty and the furnishings all look worn out. FOR A QUALITY GYM THAT ONCE RANKED A 5, I PERSONALLY GIVE THIS PLACE A 1. Gym became a dump.Word of advice to the owner, raise the gym membership back up, temporarly close the gym and renovate to bring it at its peak and restore it to the quality it once was. You left the place in shambles and started inviting people that dont respect Quality and dont choose to uphold basic standards of conduct. Simply disgusting. I never usually write reviews, this had to be said. Im so upset I broke my Blink contract at the Broadway mall and paid them $60... Plus an additional 45 days of use to come to this place. Im going back to blink, I wont have a pool or a basketball court but its a small price to pay..

I visited your gym on 4/9/16. It was the worst experience Ive had in a long time. I was a guest visiting for the first time. I came in with a friend of mine to experience what your gym had to offer and the only thing your gym offered me was a air head employee by the name of Ammad Homeed. He sat down with me to give a run down of the memebership details. He held on to my drivers licsnce like any gym would do when dealing with a guest but at the end of my workout when I went back to the front desk to retrieve my licenses he lost it. He took 40 mins of my time looking everywhere including garbage cans for my identification. He also had the audacity to tell me multiple times that "people lose their ids all the time" as if I was the one who lost it. Ammad also tried to give me another womens id card and pretended to be in shock when I said it wasnt mine. He never apologized for what he did instead he disappears and calls his fellow employee on his cell phone who then walks over to me and relays a message from Ammad saying once again he cannot find it and I should write my name and number down thats is the only thing he can do. If that is the kind of employee you have representing your company then your gym represents bullshit. It is complete bullshit that my personal belonging was lost and I was handled in a extremely unprofessional manner. Never will I visit again unless its to retrive my lost id. Never will i sign up for a gym with a careless idiot like Ammad Homeed working there. Your company will find my license or pay for a new one. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING YOUR CARELESS EMPLOYEE LOST!!!!
