I am a new customer to Westy. Let me tell you why I chose them. I decided to become a Westy customer because of the outstanding customer service. From the first day I called inquiring about monthly rates and spoke to Lainey, I was impressed with her friendly manor and how she answered all my questions completely. I promised I would call her back to reserve my storage room when my contract was up with another company. By the way... the other company had just bought out the facility that I was in for two years. Over night the change was evident. Rude customer service, bill went up, dirty hallways with burnt out lights! So when I called Westy (again I got my friend Lainey ) and reserved it, the same great service was afforded me. The day we went sign the paperwork we showed up early, they werent open yet. The Manager Lindi was just getting to work, and she open the door and let us in! Just the beginning of yet another wonderful experience with Westy. Lindi was SO nice! Gave us the rental truck, took us personally to the unit and explained everything so that we had absolutely no questions. We talked like we knew each other for years! Friendly people, a very clean, well maintained facility at a reasonable price. What more could you want! 5 stars to them!

Pros: This facility is as clean as a pin; the air is always fresh and the temperature is controlled within a narrow range; it is very well lit. There are always 2-3 staff available to answer questions, and they are competent, watchful, and cheerful. The ceilings are very high, so that the volume of storage space is larger than many other facilities with the same square footage. The floors are very smooth, so that cargo on wheeled racks can be moved very quickly. There are plenty of large wheeled carts available right in front to help move things into storage. There are two clean bathrooms near the front door. Access to/from Route 7 is easy because there is a stop light at the entrance of the facility. Cons: This facility is slightly more expensive per square foot than other storage facilities. Conclusion: The amenities at this facility are well worth the cost, especially for the storage of items which might be temperature sensitive.

I am not big on writing reviews, but I had to do it because the customer service here is outstanding. Every time I come to the storage I am greeted by my name and before I leave they always ask me if I need anything else. They always offer me water which I think is an extra touch because they know it is not easy logging all those boxes to my car. If you need a storage unit facility with great customer service this is the place for you. Ask for Yesse Martinez or Sara Gentilozzi-They are AWESOME!!!

Ive never used a storage facility until my experience with Westys and should I need a storage facility again, I dont need to go any further than another Westys. They are fantastic in every way. The facility is clean, bright and easy to navigate. The staff is perfection, and Im very particular and hard to please. Specifically, Bona and Lizzie at the Keeler Avenue location in Norwalk were wonderful. Helpful, accommodating, and fun! Great people! I highly recommend Westys!

I had the best experience with Westy in Norwalk and Danbury CT. Farha Raoff was the person who helped coordinate the storage unit, day of move, truck usage, etc. The storage units themselves are immaculate and clean. We never had to worry about our items in storage. The customer service was far beyond our expectations. We would always recommend Westy because of our great experience and especially due to the help of Farha Raoff.

I have been a westies customer for about two years now and not looking to go anywhere else. I know when I go in there everytime, I get very friendly service, top notch in my book. It doesnt matter which staff member I deal with, they are all great. Its very clean all the time, getting in and out is very quick and I also like how secure it is with the gates. Thanks for keeping your customers happy!!

I felt compelled to write this review to let everyone know that Allen at Westys (East Northport) could NOT have been more helpful - was POURING RAIN, and he came outside and escorted us all in w/an umbrella. Once inside, he made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. He knew everything about Westys, did not make me feel pressured and really sold us on the company. Recommend him 100%.

My out of state movers arrived 2 hours after the facility closed at 6pm. Kudos to Lainey for cheerfully agreeing to stay super late while the truck was unloaded. Lainey managed this situation professionally and compete ntly- a lifesaver!

Very friendly and clean, but very limited hours, shutting down completely every day at 545 is tough if you need regular access to your storage.
