The sales person i dealt with named Alyssa was very courteous to me (at first) She allowed me to come in place of a friend of mine and do the rental for him because he couldnt show. I appreciated that and thought that was very helpful. After signing everything getting the keys to the storage locker i checked my paperwork once i finished up and already left I realized that their were supplies on my receipt that i didnt ask for a medium sized boxed . I really should have went back in and confronted her about this but i left it alone due to the fact she did me a solid. Not sure if this was for commission purposes but bottom line its shady. I still believe this is Fraud and because of her action I would not reccommend doing buisness here. If you do check your receipt. Also their was an insurance charge added on that they told me was required in order to rent there which is total Bull. Poor work ethics. I will suggest to my friend trying it out the first month and then maybe try out Uncle Bobs thereafter.

This location is clean and safe. The rate is reasonable and some of the personnel will go out of their way to be helpful In particular, Chris (the area manager) and Tiffany (on site person) have been very accommodating, as well as cordial. There are units of various sizes and I would recommend it for anyone needing a storage place. It should be noted that corporate customer service is terrible. I spoke to a Mitzi and she was rude, nasty, dismissive and not interested in anything I had to say only her own voice. On the other hand, Alyssa, at the property was great. If Public Storage thinks its invincible and can treat customers like dirt, I could name 100s of businesses that thought likewise and are only faint memories.

Justin and Quiles were very welcoming and knowledgeable when I came in for advice on what to do when moving out of my house. Justin showed an appropriately sized space for the things I informed him I wanted to store and he explained the guidelines of the store and my lease very professionally and easy to understand. The items sold inside the store are also priced well and are of better quality compared to places such as Target and Walmart and when I asked Justin he was able to give me sound advice when buying things; he didnt try to push me to buy the most expensive needless packages unlike most places. Overall I would highly recommend this location for its prices and definitely for its customer service provided.

Im going to agree with one of the other reviewers who said that moving is really stressful. Ive never had a storage unit so it was really great that Quiles explained everything to me and showed me a unit that was the exact perfect size for what I needed. Its so nice to know that when youre going through a stressful moment in your life there are people around who will not only help you, but relate (Quiles and I chatted throughout the entire process about life), and not just try to sell you stuff. Great experience! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Moving is really stressful. I have never rent from public storage and this is the first time Im in need of there business. I walk into the office and I met Quiles and he ask me a bunch of questions about what Im storing! But woo.. I was really impressed! I have to say how professional Quiles is at doing his job. He took me directly to the space I needed. This location is very clean and secured I would recommend public storage to friends and family. Thank you Quiles for making our move as easy as possible..

It is a clean, climate control environment and Alyssa provides great detail of the policies and recommendations to make your move/storage experience a great one! Fantastic! Alyssa and Justin were friendly, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I am taking the unit on the spot because I trust them. Use this facility with confidence. I have another interaction with Public Storage today due to a close out. They were marvelous. The district manager was polite and very helpful and addressed my questions with ease. I highly recommend Public Storage for their good facility and great employees.

I rented a small storage unit from this facility recently. The manager Jessica was outstanding! She was very friendly and welcoming, and answered any question we had. I only needed the storage unit for a week and she went out of her way to try to inquiry if I could get a prorated rate. It turns out it was not possible BUT she did all she could to try to get me a deal. She also made it very easy to close the account. Thank you Jessica!

Hi! I had a wonderful experience with Brenda. I reserved a unit online a week before coming in. I was not able to speak to anyone at the unit before coming in because I was not able to reach anyone at the time; however, when I came in to the unit, Brenda was really flexible and helped us out. We came in half an hour to close and she stayed with us even after her shift. Very good experience!

Quiles was so helpful. He save me money today. Movers where providing me with all the merch I needed to protect my belongings. Quiles ask me how much the movers where charging me for the merch. and he offer me the same merch I need it for a better price then I was paying the movers. he also got me the space I needed at the price I was looking to spend. Quiles when beyond my expectations A+.

My experience with this location was excellent and everything was done on-time and correctly. I did receive everything, it was an extremely good experience. my satisfaction was was above average. I certainly would like to recommend them. The young lady Cindy was so professional and polite and they should have more people like her. She is great!!
