Christina, at Extra Space Storage in New Milford, CT, is a highly valuable employee! Extremely knowledgeable about the company and policies. Is extremely helpful and always greets customers with a positive attitude and smile! She is kind and considerate and understanding and helpful when an issue arrises. She goes that extra mile to ensure her customers have a good experience. Although, I believe the company should should show leniency towards customers who are having difficulty paying on time or are having issues with payments (extract such high late payment fees, auction fees)....I would highly recommend Extra Space storage to friends and family, as I have done in the past.

I was new to this whole unit rental thing and so I had a lot of questions and concerns about them. I decided one day to go in and talk to someone. I stopped at this facility and was greeted by your employee Christina. I asked all my questions. Silly as some of them may have been, Christina, answered them professionally with no hesitations. I first want to thank Christina for being patient with me. Second of all, I went to a couple of other facilities following yours and I have to say your facility is very well maintained. I had stored here last year and it was a very positive experience. This year I needed a unit again. I called all the other storage places in New Milford and all of them only had an answering machine. When I called extra space I was able to talk to a person right away. They had the best price in town (as compared to the two other places that called me back). They unit is brand new and their facilty is very clean. The manager, Ms.Ingram was especially helpful with getting me set up with the unit I ended up renting.

You can reserve your space online and save even more money. Christina provided excellent customer service and was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Overall, my experience was outstanding!! I highly recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for short term or long term storage!

My husband and I were only available to move into our storage unit on a Sunday. We also had to pre register at a different location which ended up being a big hassle. Terry was great and he assisted me over the phone and walked me through everything. Even though we havent even moved anything into our unit yet Im confident we made the right choice with Extra Space Storage.

Christina was awesome!!!she made me feel very comfortable where a lot of places the employees can be very rude and make you feel uncomfortable. She is very patient when it took me months to finally decide I wanted a storage. She stayed patient the whole time and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Thats the main reason I went with this storage!!

I have had only great experiences with this extra space location. I rent storage for business purposes several times per year and the store Manager Christina is the best to work with. I feel like she is interested in me as a customer and gives the best customer service. They also have great web offers all the time.I highly recommend them!
