I AM A DISABLED VET AND WHEN I WENT TO INTO THE UNIT ON A HOT DAY I WENT INTO THE PARKING LOT AND SAT DOWN AND FELT TIRED AND FELL A SLEEP. THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO REMOVE MY THINGS BY FRIDAY, AND THAT I WAS NO LONGER ALOWED TO HAVE A UNIT THERE. I THAN REPYED THAT I AM PAIDED UP FOR THE MONTH.SO HE SAID AT THE END OF THE MONTH , YOU HAVE TO LEAVE. GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER SO MY PAYMENTS WOULD COME OUT AUTOMATILY. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS RULE. AND I FEEL THAT IF ANYTHING HE SHOULD OF GAVE FAIR WARNING . I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE WITH MY UNIT IN UNDERSTADING THAT IT WAS NOT SOMTHING I DID INTENTIONLY. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE USING YOUR SERVICES AND KEEP MY UNIT,REALIZING I WAS NOT GIVING FAIR WARNING AND I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAN. This is a nice, safe, clean, secure facility ran by one of the most capable, outstanding, and knowledgeable individuals I have ever had the pleasure to know. The best manager ever. He cares when you may not. In my past years of dealing with mr. Roger Griffith, he always turned my confusion into a smile. I greatly appreciate my time there, as well as the professionalism of all staff at all times. This is the place to go if you need your personal items protected by this facility as if it belonged to them. They really care. Highly recommended under the same management. You cannot lose!. Always pay your bill. Call and they will work with you. Never fear: mr. Roger is always there. ( except Sundays. Closed) good luck all! God bless! Go see mr. Roger, hes waiting. -:)

My experience with this Extra Space Storage facility has been very nice. The customer service of the manager Rodger Griffith is outstanding. I feel very comfortable storing my items here, they keep the location very nice & clean. I also have to go to this location a lot alone and I feel safe no matter how late I have to go. I have had a unit in this facility for a very long time. Each time I request assistance Roger & his staff are very helpful & accommodating. When we had the unfortunate hurricanes which put the facility in very bad shape they continued to assist customers with outstanding customer service trying to make the best out of a terrible situation.

This place is misleading. They lure you in with a promotion price on a unit thats not available once you actually get there and try to offer you a unit that is off of the floor. Then after only 5 months of renting they raise your rent without even notifying you and tell you that your not locked into any amount for more than 30 days. Customer service is just unsatisfactory and they dont try to work with you at all. I am never renting from this place gain and would not recommend to anyone. Pure crooks.

This is my second time renting w/ Extra Space but my first time renting at the Freeport facility. I am very pleased w/ my experience here. The staff is very friendly, helplful, informing, and accomodating. They are very interactive and proactively enthusiastic about meeting your storage needs through initial and return phone calls, emails, and preresearched options to fit your personal needs (*Thanks Kristin).I would reccomend this facility to anyone with storage needs. I went to the Freeport facility to do the paperwork for a unit I rented at their location in Myrtle Beach I was greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. Larry and Roger were professional, courteous and extremely helpful! It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them! I have been at this storage facility in the past. For me to return, this already says something about the establishment. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and are willing to work with you to satisfy your storage needs. I recommend extra space to anyone in need of putting away a few things for a period of time. Today I met with Michael for the first time. He was extremely helpful getting my lease setup for an out of state facility. Even when he ran into a system issue, he kept is cool and professionalism. He worked thru it in conjunction with the other facility in Littleton Colorado. I want to personally thank Michael for his time and patience for a job well done. Building is very clean. First thing I noticed when walking in was two huge TVs with cameras around and inside property. Made me feel at ease with security. Dealt with Michael Knote, very friendly and informative. Walked me through buildings and answered all questions I had. He made the whole experience painless. Even walked me out to make sure my gate access code worked before I left.

This is a clean facility with friendly and professional staff. They are always helpful. The manager Roger is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was once moving in a Uhaul van and I accidentally locked myself out of the van on the storage facility premises. Roger helped me to get in the van which was a great help! I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.
