As always, I have never had a bad experience renting a unit at any public storage, or private. But I really enjoyed coming to Syosset Public Storage because Samantha and Caitlin were awesome to me. Very upbeat personalities, happy employees I call this type, and so helpful. Since I have been through the process before, and didnt wish to be bothered with a tour, etc. Etc. Etc. These two young ladies said No Problem, and never missed a beat, which made me very happy, very happy. We went ahead and rented, and then when I wanted to downsize my rental to a smaller unit, and pay my rent the same day, AGAIN - These 2 women, Samantha and Caitlin were very obliging, courteous, and again, quick to leave out all the boring stuff to accommodate me and my schedule, and just a pleasure to have dealt with on a professional level. Definite 5 star service for anyone thinking of renting a unit. Make sure you ask for these 2 women when you come !

I wish there was an option for no stars. Soooo my storage unit at property number 07113 was robbed about a month ago. I have insurance with the unit but the expensive purse collection Ive been working on for the last 7 yrs doesnt even compare. I made a police report and went there insurance company. The district manager Ednan din reached out to me once by accident when he called my place of employment in regards to a vehicle....... Im now speaking out because Im outraged because the insurance company nor the property manager have yet to reach out to me in regards to this matter. Its been four weeks and there still hole in my unit but theyve called me 4 times for a payment. I made a payment today. But for such a large organization to be so careless is outrageous.

I CAME TO YOUR STORAGE UNITS IN JERICHOAND MET WITH ALLYX AND KRISTY...THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR COMPANY..WHICH IT WAS VERY OUTSTANDING BY THE WAY! LEFT AND WENT LOOKING AT DIFFERENT COMPANIES LIKE YOURS..THAT WAS REALLY NICE TO!! BUT THE OLNY THING WHY I CAME BACK TO YOUR COMPANY WAS THE OTHER COMPANY WAS LACKING SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL.... ALLYX AND KRISTY!!!!! CAME BACK AFTER A 1 1/2 MONTHSLATERAND SAW THE GIRLS....THET SIGN ME UP AND COULDNT ASKFOR THE NICES AND UPDATED PERSONNEL PEOPLE I MET IN A LONG TIME...THEY SIGN ME UP -EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED AND BOUGHT A BUNCH OF THINGS AS WELL. I went to this Public Storage location because its right by my new apartment. I had just moved to Syosset a couple of weeks ago and i realized i didnt have enough room for all of my things. I had heard about Public Storage through a friend of mine and she recommended i use them. I must say, the service i received was beyond my expectations. There were two girls that had helped me. Jessica and Amanda were so sweet and had helped me with any questions i had for them. They recommended a few different options until i settled on the right unit for me. I am definitely going to recommend this place and these two girls to my friends.

I have been a tenant at Public Storage for over 3 years now and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a unit where they can feel that both their belongings and self are safe at all times. The facility is kept clean , well lit and has 24 hr. video surveillance with key code access on the property , Alyssa and Allyx are truly committed to assisting the customer and consistently go above and beyond , their customer service skills and knowledge of the facility are unparalleled.

The staff did not want to answer questions on the phone and spoke to me as if I was inferior and an idiot when I was asking simple questions regarding a gate code, what information/paperwork needs to be brought when my boss arrives to begin filling their storage unit. She explained that she was in the middle of helping someone else currently in her office she huffed and puffed on the phone as if I was bothering her. She could have simply asked to put me on a quick hold, I wouldnt have cared.

Im moving so I come here to get most of the packing supply. They have a great deal where You buy 60 boxes and get 40 free. Which was amazing cause I have so much stuff to pack. The young lady that work here is so delightful and was a great help. I brought a tape gun and had no idea how to use it, so I brought it back to the store and she put it together for me. I love that thing its so easy to use. This place is great I been there almost every week for packing supplies and will be back.

I have rented at this property for a while now, it has been a great experience. I lost most of my stuff in a fire and it was a difficult time. But kristy was so kind and made the hole experience easy and quick. She understood that my family and I were going through a tough time and she was really great, answering all of my questions. The property is so clean and well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone in the area looking for any kind of storage.

Ive never used a storage place before so I didnt know what to expect. But when I got to this store I was greeted by a friendly young lady (Sam) that explained how everything works. My husband & I are moving in with family to save for our first home so we need to put our belongings/furniture in storage. She helped us figure out just the right size unit we will need and the facility makes us feel our things will be safe here. Great service!!

Ive been in and out of your Syosset location for two weeks now. Each trip Id buy a certain amount of boxes. The young lady Shanelle was always very useful. Every time Id walk in with my son she knew exactly why I was there. I eventually decided to rent a unit on my last trip. Shes very informative and knows the ins and out of the property. Very nice young lady. I will definately be recommending to family and friends.

The customer service at Syosset Public Storage is 5-Star rating. The girls are so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at home. I know this from observational experience. Not only are they professional, but they truly care about customer satisfaction. As my friends would tell me, that is a reliable Public Storage facility. I dont typically take the time to write a review but I had to because the customer service was excellent and top-notch. Alyssa and Octavias knowledge about the location and units were incredible. Ive tried other storage units but will keep coming to this location whenever I need to move. Its clean, efficient, and informational. The staff is incredible and deserves a raise and promotion. :)

Public storage saved me. I under estimated my storage needs. The day before I needed to be out I went to public storage and one hour later I was filling my unit up. Fast, efficient, friendly, and above all professional are the words that describe the service I received. I recommend them to any one with a storage needs. Alyssa and Octavia were terrific.
