Extra Space Storage in Brookfield, CT should be referred to as Extra Ordinary Space Storage in Brookfield, CT! Angel and Marc are wonderful! They are professional, knowledgeable, always on the go, never mind being interrupted on the phone or in person. These two individuals are what True Customer Service and a Valued Employee is all about! I feel so fortunate to have found this place....I know other customers who feel the same way. They are a true team oriented hard working and professional customer service oriented asset to Extra Space. Thank you Angel and Marc. You are both wonderful! All year long every day! I have used many Storage places and in my estimation Extra Space is superior. Their quality of service, their exceptionally clean premises, their knowledge of almost everything and anything you could possibly ask them, their willingness to help in the utmost professional, friendly manner. The folks at this facility are a true asset. Angel and Mark are just great on the telephone, in person, they can be interrupted at any time for anything and will always find an answer to a question or resolve anyones problem without ever making anyone feel they are waiting for a long period of time. My family had just relocated to Connecticut last February 2014 from Chicago. Unfamiliar to the area, I started researching different storage facilities online, then I made my list of available storage places to visit. After several trips to different storage facilities and locations, I chose this particular place. It wasnt the closest or farthest location to my home. I spent so many hours at this facility that it felt like my second home. Mark and Angel has been terrific in accommodating all my needs for storage. Extra Space Storage is accessible for entry till 10pm. (you can exit the gate anytime after 10 pm), once inside your storage room, you can unpack and reorganize at your own pace. The building is well lighted and very clean inside and out. I have been with Extra space storage since February 2014, starting with a 10x20, then moved to 3 rooms over to a 10x10 after 4 months of unpacking and organizing. As I progressed to eliminating more unneeded items, i was fortunate to downsize again to a 5x10 as of November 1st. Their prices are very reasonable and the guys are very helpful in guiding you to the right size and location of storage lockers. If you refer someone to them as I have, you also get money as credit to your account to offset your cost. Would definitely use again and highly recommended. I needed a unit and fast! I was moving stuff out of my grandmothers in 2 days. I snagged the last 5x10 online and was promptly called by Mark. We talked and we worked out a time that same day to check out the unit. Mark was super helpful and very friendly when I arrived we made sure it was the right size and that some of my more awkward things would fit in the elevator. The unit fit my needs and after that he drew up the paper work. The whole process was very easy and very streamlined, I was actually amazed we could get it done so fast! When move in day came the facility made it very easy for me to bring my belongings inside and with plenty of dollys around moving was a breeze. I would recommended extra space storage for anybody who needs a unit and needs it now. I will most definitely be using this place in the future.

THE BEST STORAGE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! - Angel and Mark are two of the friendliest, most helpful people that you will ever meet. They are also very kind - we arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer of 2013, and felt like we were melting as we unpacked the truck - Mark brought out several bottles of icy-cold water, in an Extra Space Storage bag - free of charge :-) The place is spotless, both inside and out. They have carts to help you move your belongings, let you bring your vehicles up close to the doors of the storage buildings so that you do not have to move to get to your units, and have padlocks, and packing materials should you need them. Mark and Angel also call to remind you that payments are due on units incase you may have forgotten

Janet is so polite. She made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door . Knowing your belongings are safe and having good communication with staff is essential and important. It gives you the ability to relax and know your belongs which may be replaceable but have sentimental value are safe. My last storage unit in California was a nightmare . They changed the process of how they charge clients and had to get everyones card information for automatic charges (which is what I was doing , a direct debit monthly) . They failed to reach out to me and I was living out of the country and I get a message from my mother saying she got a letter from storage and unless we pay immediately our things would go to auction .

This is my second time renting a unit at Extra Space - record: 2-0! I started the registration process online, and immediately received a follow up call from Angel in the Brookfield office. I told him I was currently in the area, and he arranged to accommodate me immediately. Angel is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable - he had me set up with a unit in minutes, and even encouraged me to "bundle up" when moving stuff in - EXCELLENT advice. Little things like that go a long way. The facility and grounds are well maintained, well lit, and spotless. Angel made the entire process a pleasant one, and I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of a storage facility. Thanks, Angel!

I had to store the contents of my 3 bedroom house in between the sale/buy and this place was perfect! Very clean and affordable. The staff was wonderful to work with (one girl even stayed in on her lunch hour because I was running late to open my account) they suggested how to keep the space dry from humidity and good ways to pack the space to get the most room out of it. I am so glad I found them over other storage spaces in the area because they are centrally located for me and offered specials for the first month. Other storage places wanted to charge much more for the space that I got and werent as accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone and have even told my realtor to recommend them as well.

I want to take this opportunity to say that I have been utilizing the facilities at the Brookfield Extra Space for over 3 years. I have had a storage unit at other facilities for longer than I can remember and I can honestly say this is BY FAR the cleanest, most efficient and well run of them all. Angel and Mark are not only organized and knowledgeable but they really will go out of there way to assist you, and..... theyre NICE GUYS! I cant say enough good things other than you would not be disappointed should you choose Extra Space Storage in Brookfield. The facility is also conveniently located with easy access and extended hours. See for yourself.
