I have been with Life Storage for years. The climate and air conditioning is wonderful in this facility. Other places are "climate controlled" but they get to like 85 degrees inside some of them. The good parts are that I feel safe and confident my items are secure, safe, and not in a heat or cold extreme environment. The downside is actually a plus: The hours are more limited than some other competitors. You know, those competitors who have people basically living out of their car and storing their things in a cheap place with late hours. LifeStorage is not the cheapest, it is the best. If you want Walmart storage, its not at Life Storage. If you want a higher end, Fair priced place with experienced staff who have been there for years choose Danburys Life Storage. I did.

The most amazing staff and facility!!! We cannot say enough about our experience at the Danbury Westys. When we first came to Westys, we met Liz, who was such an incredible help to us, and is simply wonderful. The entire staff, Liz, John and Melanie, are always so courteous, professional and do everything they can to help in any way. It is actually a pleasure to visit every time. From the gated entrance, the ease of the loading carts, the large elevators, the cleanliness of the facility, and the greatest staff, we would recommend them to anyone, and would use them again in a second.

This is an excellent facility. Everyone there is alwys so helpful and kind and actually remember customers names! It is very clean and quiet -- even when more that one person is moving in or out. I just ended my contract there and never once had a problem. I was there for 3 years!!! I will always recommend Westy to anyone who needs a clean climate-controlled indoor storage facility. No rain, bugs, nothing to damage your furniture and personal belongings.

This is a wonderful facility that came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. It is well designed, neat, clean and climate controlled. Large elevators with rolling carts always accessible. I recommend the 4th floor spaces with ease of access and wide hallways. The gated entry and security is excellent and I always feel comfortable visiting. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional.

Excellent Value!! When I moved in with my fiance, we were combining two households. I didnt want my nice things in a "garage" style storage unit; I needed something climate controlled. Westy was the best possible solution. Gated entrance, large elevators, excellent staff. I recommend Westy to anyone who wants to store items in the same condition as if they were still on your own home.

Five Stars in every way. This is a top of the line storage facility with very fair rates and many choices of room sizes. You have use of carts, brooms, even a moving truck. So impeccably clean and quiet, great hours. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. When I moved out my prorated refund was in my bank account immediately. You cannot go wrong with this facility.

Great storage facility and better prices than others in the area. Free van rental comes with sign up which is helpful if youre moving larger items. Important to note that access to the facility is not 24 hours. One complaint is the 5x5 unit we rent (and the others in the block) are not fully enclosed. There is a gap between the wall and ceiling.

I am using my storage bin to store books, and I am in the process of cataloguing them. Hence I spend hours at a time in the facility. I so appreciate its neat, clean, and attractive appearance. I particularly appreciate the manner in which I am treated by its staff. They could not be nicer or more helpful.

The staff is terrific and helped us move to a smaller unit when we were ready for it. They assessed the space we were actually using and what we really needed. We are saving over $50 a month because of their competence. Thank you so much for your hard work and quality support.
