Considering that they just opened the doors for business on Wed., Dec. 28th, 2016 and I just secured my storage unit yesterday, my review may appear a bit premature...... However, I have a very good feeling about this establishment. The facility is immaculate, climate-controlled and it even has a public restroom that you can use during the off-hours (when the office is closed). In addition to that, it doesnt have the gloomy, scary ambiance that most self-storage establishments carry. Being that the grand-opening was delayed for about 6-8 weeks, Ive had the pleasure of dealing with the front office staff more than anything. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were extremely pleasant, professional and patient; 5 STARS ***** for the staff. Honestly, they are one of the reasons why I actually held out and waited 6-8 weeks for the facility to open. All of that being said, there is nothing exceptional about the unit prices; I would say that are "standard" at best. Im hoping this company is not like others that are known to raise the monthly fee drastically every 6/12mths. (I will post another review if I find them to fall in that category......) ALSO........ I find the mandatory minimum insurance fee of $10/per mth for only $2000 worth of coverage to be somewhat of a rip off. I would encourage one to look into getting coverage through your home-owners/renters insurance.

The site managers were excellent during the process, there were several construction delays and I was keep advised of the situation. When the unit was available, they explained the renting process and took the time necessary for me understand the requirements and showed me what I would need to do to access my unit. The two gentleman working there are excellent, they are an valuable asset for your company. Update: based on the managers at the Westbury site from my first meeting, talking with them during some of my unit visits - I have entered into a long term agreement rather than renting month to month.

We were greeted warmly by the store manager and his team. We immediately knew it was the correct place to store our treasures. The staff explained all the details and got us set up quickly. Now lets not forget to mentioned the price was right also. There are credits for referring others and senior citizen discounts which made this the place. A clean and very pleasant storage facility. Thank you guys for welcoming us we feel at home.

We recently rented another unit at the Westbury location. The staff is so courteous and accommodating. Everything was explained with a smile and reviewed. The manager of the facility showed us the availabilities and discussed options all with a smile. The facility is clean, well lit, and the music on the floor helps to establish a good atmosphere while in your unit. Well run and a pleasure to do business with!!

Needed a storage place for family documents, pictures , etc. so I went to StorQuest in Westbury to see what they offered. Ennio Santos, Property Manager, took me on a tour of the facility, explained all the details of using the facility, security and access options and payment plans. Very professional management and operation, suited my needs perfectly.

Prior to coming to the Westbury location I had toured a few other storage facilities and StorQuest was simply leaps and bounds ahead of the competition.
