I used to think Daves was great. He always took our cars and fixed them in a timely fashion. My entire family always went to him. I brought in my car because the check engine light had gone on. I knew the car didnt have much longer to its life so I asked him "call me before you do anything. Depending on the money I might just get a new car" At the end of the day no phone call was made and when I called him...he had already fixed the car...so I had to spend $120 on car that was dying. Not even 600 miles later same problem..check engine light. Brought it in and stressed the fact I wanted a call. He called this time and told me it would be $800 to fix the car. I told him no I will just pick it up. He then proceeded to call my mother...My mother would has no say in the car to see if she wanted it fixed. She not knowing the situation said yes. Dave is only out for your money. He doesnt do what you say and if you tell him something he does exactly the opposite. He has lost my service, my families service and I would NEVER refer anyone to him ever again.

Scott and his staff are great. My BMW broke a control arm and the part was nowhere close. This happened on a Friday afternoon. Scott had me back on the road Saturday. No one wants to be stranded in Connecticut when on your way across the country.
