I was a new customer who brought in my car to get a coolant leak fixed. At first everyone seemed very nice. I am told by twisted my car is fixed. about a couple days later I still have the same problem. This being my first time to this shop a red flag went up. Why do I still have the same problem? Well they look through my car and turns out theres a problem with the water pump, alright thats fair. After brining it in for a second time it seemed like everything was fixed.... well it wasnt. Now Im not happy at all. Im about 2000$ into this fix and they still havent fixed the issue. I call them again (my mistake) and they say to bring my car in. After taking a look they pretty much say they dont know where it is and its gonna take a minimum or 3 hours to find the spot + cost of labor and parts of I decided to continue. At this point I cant believe they just told me they want more money from me for the same problem. I told them I am not going to throw any more money into the car for the same issue; as its an old car, and he says he understands. I go inside and they try and charge me for an hour to look over the car. I couldnt believe it, Im brining my car in for the third time for the same problem and they wanna charge me for looking at it. The owner, Jim intervened and charged me 5$ for it. I was done with the place. However, Jim called me the next day asking if there was any way to make things better as he valued the business my family has brought him and Jim wanted to give me my money back. After talking to Jim, he assures me hell talk to the mechanic who worked on my car and would call me back on Tuesday (it was Friday or Saturday when Jim and I talked) this made me feel really good about twisted ranch and I was very happy Jim decided to contact me. This is where it all ends, its been about a week since that day Jim was supposed to call me back. At this point its clear to me he doesnt value me as his customer enough to follow through with his word or even contact them to let me know he has been busy and hasnt had a chance. I just havent heard a single peep from anyone (besides the email telling me to go rate them to get 25$ worth of work.) I dont need the 25$ but Im going to make sure to leave a review everywhere. My sister swears by them and maybe if you have history with them they treat you well, BUT IF YOURE GOING IN AS A NEW CUSTOMER I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AVOIDING TWISTED WRENCH.

I went in for an oil change and afterwards they discovered my car (2003 Toyota Highlander) needed a new drive shaft, control arm bushings, as well as two exhaust leak repairs. I decided to have them investigate further and they took the time to look over the car for free a second time, and even showed me in person each problem that they saw from the underneath side of the car, which was so refreshing and helped me understand exactly what was wrong. I decided to go forward with the repairs and got a good feeling from these guys, like they were honest and didnt beat around the bush. They did a great job with the repairs from what I can tell, because my car now drives much more smoothly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

I was trying to get out of my Saab, which I really liked for many years. Stopped in and they took my car in trade toward a great Acura. Also gave me free state inspections for life and 3 year or 30k warranty on all my future repairs done by them. This shop rocks. Never knew there is such honest guys still in the used car business. Although they are more of a repair facility, I was lucky to find these guys. Look for big things from this place. This place is the best shop I have ever experienced by far!!!!

Honesty is sometimes hard to come by but at Twisted Wrench I believe its their mantra. Ive been going here for several months and Im always impressed by their professionalism and courteousness. Before moving here last summer I was thinking I would have a hard time finding a good mechanic, but when my neighbor suggested Twisted Wrench I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for taking such good care of my truck. We will be back!!!

Excellent service with a smile. I have been taking my Kia to Twisted Wrench and could not be happier with the service, from oil changes and tire swaps to brake work every thing has been easy to schedule and done in good time whether I have had to leave it with them or waited for the work to get done. They have a comfortable waiting area and explain all services before doing them so you know what is being done with your car.

I discovered Twisted Wrench a few years ago, based on recommendations from fellow employees at Saint Michaels College. What a fantastic auto repair shop. They are knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. And, they do a terrific job - they do what you ask, and clarify when other things need attention. They are expert professionals, and take the time to explain what they do. Nothing but good things to say.

Great shop, especially if you have a Subaru, Honda or Toyota. Clean, organized shop. Always have clearly and simply explained the issues or problem and provided me with options, including doing nothing. Never felt pressured into making an unnecessary repair. This is absolutely bring my car if their was a problem that need diagnosing. Totally trust them. Clean waiting room with free WiFi. Also provide a shuttle.

Twisted Wrench is my shop of choice. Ive been taking my cars there since 2003 and can trust them 100%. For me, trust is the biggest issue when choosing a mechanic. They always show me what was repaired or what needs to be repaired and help me with any other issues I have. Their car loaner program is fantastic and allows me to continue working seamlessly while my car is in the shop. I highly recommend them!

Friendly, timely, and honest. The only reason they cost more is because they do more. Big focus on preventative maintenance, and they tell it like it is. Never felt pressured into doing something. This is the place to bring your Subaru. Avoid the dealer or corporate chain shops (i.e. Midas). They will just slap a band-aid on your problem or convince you to replace things that dont need fixing.

Three stars for three strikes. It hurts me to finally write this review--about 2 or 3 years ago this shop took a sudden turn and lost its attention to detail. My past three visits have all been frustrating--never a major issue, but poor communication, oversight, and dropping the ball. Im now a former customer, and sad to not have a shop I fully trust in the area at the moment.

Really professional service here. Ive been several times and each time has been a great experience. Theyre willing to take the time to talk to you and tell you whats needed and why, and will show you if youre curious like I am and just want to see. I will go out of my way to bring my cars here because I know theyll be well-cared for in the hand of these professionals.
