I am the owner and recently was told about the negative responses on google. We strive to meet all customer expectations. I apologize if there are a few people that felt they were not treated fairly. I am always available to correct the situation and do my best to resolve upset customer concerns. The response here about the prejudice I find hard to believe as we have a very diverse group of customers, that are pleased with our services. We try our best to to treat people as we are treated. As far as pricing we compare our prices and service regularly to quality dealership work and strive to meet customer needs. We will always price match for tires or service. If anyone feels there is an issue they can contact me directly at I will do my best to rectify the situation.

So sorry you had to experience something like that, very uncalled for . On Jensens Facebook page they quote "putting the customer first and fixing the problem in a professional and timely manner." What they meant to say is if youre white youre entitled to all these promises. Everyone is entitled to their thoughts, but when it comes to owning a business being professional is key. Number one rule never turn down people who are willing to help your business grow. It is never okay to yell and chase down a customer because they are black.

Recently went here and was mistreated badly by the owner. I was a potential new customer who filled out a form for a quote through the site incorrectly. When I got there he blamed me for not filling out correctly even though I am a first timer and know nothing about cars and yelled racial slurs to me on me way out the door...Eddie Jensen made it extremely clear he did not want to provide service to me because of my color...was very disappointed. Just wanted to purchase 1 tire.

be aware higher cost, our car broken down on the road, towed to Jensen for repair, quoted timing belt broken and replacement cost 35% higher than dealer, not easy to deal with, did not accept they charge super high and gave me a thousand reasons of why they did better than dealer and thus higher price, but our car has been running like a charm after the dealer repair (35% less), I hope I can review less than one star....

Very bad costumer service. They charged me $91.46 for diagnostic without even be sure what is wrong with the car. They propose replacing one part and if the problem is still present replace another one, and another one ............ Very disappointing and expensive. Ive got two other diagnostics (for free) and they told me what exactly is the problem. Never in this repair shop again.

Recently had a great experience with Jensen. Thought I might need a new alternator, but turned out to just need a new battery. Jensen could have easily told me it was the alternator but they went the honest route and it was a quick, easy and inexpensive fix. Will definitely use them again next time I need service.

We got a flat on our way home from camping for two weeks. With a car full of gear and our tired greyhound Eddie got us patched and ready to roll in twenty minutes! Not only did he get us in before lunch, but he welcomed and gave water to our dog and was super pleasant!!! Highly recommend this place! Thanks Eddie!

Eddie the owner is wonderful. The service is excellent and eddie will explain everything to you so that you understand what is happening under the hood. They are very honest and will rent you a car if you need one.
