If anyone want to see a set of people who knows very little about tire and related services, you don,t need to go too far, come to Walmart in farmingdale, NY. They will try install a 15" tire on to a 17" rim and suv tire on to a small car!!! Store managers knowledge of tires and dealing with customers are also poor. Wheel balancing is even amazing. They make your car ride like going on a bumpy road!! I went to Walmart 4 times to fix problems with their tires and wasted my time and finally sears took care the problems. When they hire technicians for $7.15 an hour, we cant expect more quality and integrity like sears or costco.

Went there to find out about tires I knew the tire center was close at the time but there was a employee on the front counter so I approach and ask for a quotes on tires she said she couldnt help me, she seem to be more interested on her phone the the customer

Came Here Friday 5pm. I ordered 4 tires for my 2000 buick regal. They were prompt /polite and respectful. I was satisfied with the overall Experience. Darian and Kathleen were professional at their jobs

Horrible service. The employees did seemed interested in helping me, in fact they seem bothered. Poor customer service and very little knowledge. Thats what minimum-wage brings to the table.

They just lost a customer! We were there to get the tires changed on my Subaru, they said they had two cars before and not enough time since lunch break at 1 pm .
