After a disastrous experience with the another shop, I found Reeds on line. They were extremely professional, pleasant and timely. I told them that I had to wait, had my dog with me (a Great Dane) and they had no problems at all. They even installed my part (the other shop would only install their $700 part instead on my AC Delco part for $195). I cannot say enough good things about these people. I would not hesitate to bring my car there for any future repairs. I moved to DE 7 years ago and always had my car serviced by the Dealership until recently. Now I feel comfortable knowing that I can bring my car in for any work and Ill be treated fairly and professionally..
