June 25, 2012. We own a older Motor Home. 1985 Southwind, 454 chevy engine. Our fan belt broke 12 miles outside of Ocean City. We limped it to 4 different repair shops, including an RV Dealership, and couldnt get any help. It took us over 4 hours to get to Salisbury, MD, because we were over-heating. We stopped at a shopping center and unloaded the car-in-tow and somehow found Burnett-White Tire & Auto. They stopped what they were doing to help us when NO ONE ELSE would. They had the new fan belt in minutes, and the repair was done in less than a half hour. We were charged $63.00, and we were back on the road. We cant thank them enough. They were very friendly, and the price was extremely fair. Chip is awesome!!!!!!!!

My first time going, a worker had an "appointment" and I had to wait almost an hour for him to get there my appointment was at 8am. Then an additional 2 hours for them to say they couldnt do my alignment. Then! I rent a budget truck from there this week, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone. The lady (Im guessing office manager) was in everyone elses transactions while serving me! She tells one of the employees "we have to check our reservations in the morning"! Why wouldnt they know that?! They have been open since I was in elementary school....

Woman behind counter was incredibly rude! Car service was terrible. It should have been a simple alignment, but my car was almost impossible, definitely unsafe, to drive. Took it back to have them fix it. I was surprised by the blonde womans response. She didnt even attempt to fix it and just stated that I expected too much. All I expected was for the alignment to be good. One plus, she refunded my money. I will never be a customer of theirs again! I also shared my awful experience with my friends.

I have dealt with Burnett-White for over 29yrs. Im a Master Certified Technician for a Fleet in Salisbury, Md. I have used Burnett -White for both personal dealings with my own vehicle and also for the Company I work for. In all cases Dawn and her Team of Techs have always gone out of their way to complete the tasks I needed done to my satisfaction or above . Its great dealing with local people you can trust.

Needed a simple tire repair, and they made it as simple as I was hoping it would be. Dropped it off and less than an hour later I was back to pick it up! Friendly, helpful staff, and as it turns out, I wouldnt have minded waiting there anyway- they have a pretty nice waiting room! TVs, coffee, couches- all in nice shape, not your standard auto shop dingy place. Will definitely return here if ever needed!

Professional, courteous service, flexible options for installation and reasonable prices. Called 15 minutes before closing with a price match from an online seller. They couldnt match the price exactly but they offered an extremely reasonable deal that was pretty close. Had two tires installed in under an hour.

Ive used these guys for a while with some on going issues. Really great staff, cute animals in the lobby, may not always be able to fix every problem but they are good in redirecting to someone who can. Also great for Budget truck renting!

bought a brand new set of tires from there and one blows out and they will not replace it when i only put 4,000 miles on them and there warranted for 60,000. then they ask me if i wanted to buy another one????? really?

Paid for a tube to be put in a mower tire. Was flat the next day. Removed tire at home and no tube was ever installed. $25 for air I guess.....wtf
