I had an appointment to take my Ford here for a 90,000 mile check. I called a day before my appointment to get quotes on a few other things that needed to be fixed as well. They quoted me THREE TIMES OVER what the dealership had quoted me at!!! The whole purpose of taking my car to them was to avoid paying the dealership prices. Then curious about the 90k mile check, I asked if their check actually included the services or just them "looking" at what should be checked at 90,000 miles, and they informed me I would be paying $200 for them to just "CHECK" everything!!! When I told them this was way over what I had been quoted at Ford, they gave me a "I cant be bothered with you" attitude, so I went ahead and cancelled my appointment. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mechanic to steer clear of these folks. Call around for price quotes, its a guarantee that almost ANYWHERE else will be less.

Ive been using them for years and love how I can always get my car inspected and theyre pretty quick with my walk-in repairs (and reasonable on price compared to some) considering how very busy they always are. They fix what you tell them to fix and dont go overboard trying to tell you ten thousand little things wrong with your car in the name of $$. Eric is amazing as the office manager (and you can tell that place is NEVER slow). My only critique is sometimes answers to questions about repairs can be a bit vague (unless you manage to catch the tech). At least to me they are vague. Its a place you take your car, say "fix this problem" and they fix it and call you and you pick it up. Simple, straightforward, to the point.

Eric and his truly professional team at London Bridge Auto Service had been highly recommended by a friend and were there when we needed them. We recently had two cars that had significant car issues at the same time - a bad time for the family. Eric and his team got them both in and totally fixed all the problems and provided terrific customer service throughout the process. The prices were extremely reasonable. This is one great business that does high quality professional work and still takes the time to work with and take care of the customer. Fantastic!

Had been taking my Ford Ranger there for about 3 years but the last time I took it in it took 14 days to get my brakes done. Talked to Eric and he had no explanation except that it took them a long time to get parts. Really?! Parts for a Ford Ranger? Told him I would never take my truck there again and he didnt care at all. Awful customer service, too busy for their own good and dont care about their customers.

I drive an hour to and from their shop because they are the only people that I trust in this entire area to work on my vehicles. They are upfront and honest about everything that they do or need to do in order to get you back on the road. I highly recommend them.

My family has been taking our cars to London Bridge Auto Service for a number of years. Recently I took my car in to get an overheating problem fixed. The problem was fixed but I noticed a small amount of oil leaking a month later. I called them up and they took a look. The leak was fixed in a jiffy and was free of charge. I definitely recommend these guys.
