Crooks! These guys are a joke! I initially asked around to find a shop that could work on a motorcycle I was buying. The owner of this shops wife told me to come in and talk to her husband. So I took my bike over there and he said he could get it running for me. I didnt see my bike again for 2 months! First it was this part that needed to be ordered and then come to find out it wasnt that part but it was another part. There was always a reason why they werent finished. At one point I had left a voicemail expressing my concern about the time Ive been waiting and wouldnt you know it a few days later it was "ready". I go to pick it up and I could tell that they were trying to talk to me way too much instead of just letting me look and hear the bike. I literally drove it home and the next day I went for a five-minute ride and it shut off on me. It wouldnt run for me anymore after that. So I took it to the Harley-Davidson shop instead which I should have done in the first place. Come to find out they didnt do any of the work they said they did and they screwed a screw through the carburetor which cracked it and then tried to glue it back together! And surprise surprise they wont answer my calls. These guys are absolute Crooks and Liars! They got me for $650! Dont let them get you too!

My experience was amazing! Need my number call me because I never new Keith or this place existed so this is an unbiased review. All my cars are paid off and I cant afford something new let alone thousands of dollars for repair. But things need to be done so I saw this place on yelp and read the bad review and still took my car to be looked at. I was working on my own shocks and structs but the bolt was seized and I had no way to get it off. When I arrived they pulled my car in front and put 4 mechanics on the car to replace the shocks and struts at once. Next went to another repair place and my engine got messed up needed replacing. Keith was the only one who cared, got my car in and fixed without a hitch same car. Window wouldnt roll down got fixed the same time. Windshield whipers stopped working fixed same day. Ive spent around about $5000 repairing my car and I asked around and would have paid at least $10,000. Im also military and the minute he found out here comes the red carpet and back rub! No just kidding Ive spent a ton of time there and seen both civilian and military such as my self treated extremely well. So if you need a place to trust come here! Thanks Keith!

The family and I are currently on vacation from New Hampshire and my worst nightmare comes to fruition when after driving 12.5 hours, our water pump goes. I realize the temperature gauge is just about to touch the "h" when the family and I pull into a Sonic for dinner. Immediately I prayed to God he would lead us to "the right" auto repair shop. After stopping at two that seemed nice and were willing to take care of us the next day, we got back to our resort and somehow they heard we were having car issues and put us in contact with "the right" garage....Family Auto Repair Plus. Everyone that has traveled and been in this same position fears that when you pull into an unknown garage, other than your normal mechanic, they would see the out of town plates and automatically see $$! Family Auto Repair took very good care of us and came in way under the quote from the other garage. Family and I cant thank Keith and his staff enough. If I could Id make the 10 hour drive every time my care needed repair just to deal with these guys.

Weve been to Family Auto several times and have never left there unhappy. Their prices are much better than anyone around and the problem has always been fixed correctly and the first time. They did the work for 1/2 the price of what Firestone wanted when Firestone failed our Expedition due to upper control arms. The latest repair was a complete upper engine rebuild and it was done for the lowest price I found in the city. The staff there is wonderful, and have always taken the time to explain the repair, why its needed and what the cost will be. They have always gotten our truck back to me either on time or ahead of schedule. They have earned my families trust and we dont even check with other shops anymore - if something goes wrong we call Family Auto and they take care of the rest. They have earned my highest recommendation I could possibly give and I strongly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business!

Absolutely horrible workmanship coming out of this jack leg establishment. Simply pathetic and sad the way this coward of an owner handles business. I brought a Impala to this dump and after a month of picking it up and taking it back because of incomplete repairs I asked him for a refund. He called the police and lied saying I was assaulting him and got me banded from the property to avoid fixing the problem. A true con-artist at it finest. He did try and compensate for the shoddy work by attempting to repair other vehicles of my girlfriend and I. But still incomplete shoddy work was preformed. So if youre satisfied with poor shoddy workmanship take your vehicle to this dump. Guaranteed...Family Auto Repair wont get the job done right.

Honest mechanics? Didnt think they existed but you will find them here. Integrity is common with this team.First of which I usually dont do this but I feel this shop truely deserves it. This shop saved me thousands right before Christmas. I had my 350z checked out at another shop and was told I needed new rotars, when I came to thier shop, they took care of me and explained that I didnt- breaks were all I needed. Awesome people who gave me parts at cost right before Christmas which meant I could afford gifts for the family. I would definately rec this shop and would warn against any other in the area. They have def won my future buisness and I wont trust another shop with my vehicles.

Keith and his team are great! They did a great job with my repair. The job turned out to be bigger than he anticipated , but instead of increasing the price tag, he absorbed the cost to make sure me and my family got back on the road safely. He fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and didnt try to overcharge us for what we needed. Even though we ended up spending over $1000 for our repairs, we walked out smiling and confident in the work Keith and his team did. Excellent customer service and he also never kept my car longer than a day. Great turn around time. Excellent work and awesome value for families. WARNIG!!! Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not take your vehicle here. I would have to agree with the review Natalia wrote, its a few reviews down. If you do take your vehicle here. Im sorry..."State Certified"? I think not. Do yourself a favor, go to the dealership. Large dealerships have the money to back their warranty and they are "certified". ( No, I dont work for the dealership), Im just an honest person who doesnt want any one else to be taken advantage of. Youre upset when your vehicle breaks down, which may make you vulnerable to hasty decisions...be wise with your decision. Do some research. Too many complaints to list.
