Fantastic Customer Service! I always cringe when my cars are ready for routine service as there is a terrible rumor that auto centers will call you with a list of other (expensive) things that need repair. Not H & B Napa! They are very honest and when they have other suggested maintenance, they always refer to your manufacturers suggested maintenance and put it in perspective around how urgent or necessary it really is that you address the issue. Not to mention they are very friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend!

I have been going to H and B NAPA AUTOCARE for years . Before they were Midas I never been taken advantage of at all. The staff are very friendly and very professional they know there stuff. Ive been to places like Pep Boys where they try to nickel and dime you for everything. I have my own inspection license so I know first hand that these guys know what they are doing. The NAPA on Kutztown Rd is the only place I take my car for service. They are always courteous and make me feel I am a valued customer. From the woman at the desk to the mechanics who do the work everyone is as helpful as possible. Services are explained in language the is easy to understand and I never feel as if they are doing something that isnt necessary!
