In a few words I would describe the people of strohl automotive as "dirty, shifty, lying, thieves" I brought my van there to find out why my check engine light was on and (without permissions) took my engine apart and claimed it was this small motor on the fuel pump, after they worked on it and all was said and done I was out nearly a grand in parts and labor and my problem wasnt fixed, not even a little bit, the check engine light never went out. Now months later I took it somewhere else, and do you know what the problem was?The transmission fluid was low. A very inexpensive problem that took less than a minute to remedy. In summary: do not trust these people, dont give them a single dime or a minute of your time because they will screw you and your mother too if they think they can get away with it.

Went to Strohl to buy a ford van. Found what I thought was a nice van. The van had an odor of air freshener. Got the van home and when the air freshener dissipated the van was left with a horrible odor. the owner Doug Strohl told me it was mildew and charged me $312.70 to change a floor mat, on top of the $18400.00 I had already spent. A few days later the odor came back. They are now refusing to fix my problem. Id stay away from this rip off dealer They are dishonest , they say "complete satisfaction "on their site. I am sure you will have the same experience. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Found a great car that I really wanted and we agreed on a fair price. Ran into some serious health issues and was in the hospital for two weeks. Ted Strohl understood my situation and was actually more worried about my health than completing the deal. He had the car ready for me when I was healthy enough to complete the deal. Quite impressive for a business nowadays.

My sister took her car here for inspection. The report came back that it needed an inner tie rod and sway bar bushing. I went to do the repairs and to my surprise, there was NOTHING wrong with the tie rod. I called them up and they said they dont know what happened. After taking the car back, they did verify the tie rod was fine. Caveat Emptor.

Brought a car from there a few days ago. When I test drove it a week ago it smelt very good and had a fresh clean car scent. The day that I brought the car, I met with Ted and I signed all the papers and gave him my check. That same day, I went inside the car and it smelt like rotten fish and the trunk was extremely dirty. dont buy from this dealer
