I was very disappointed in my visit to this shop. I needed a brake line replaced - They could not manage to get the bleeder valve off, and claimed they needed to replace some other part in the rear. All said and done it was $575 for 2 brake lines. This is so out of line. Im not a mechanic and I know that bleeder valves need to be gently loosened so they dont break. They used zip ties to hold the brake lines in, and never even snipped them off, so they were hanging onto the road. They also pulled the old try to sell me the world act. They tried to sell me tires, ball joints, sway bar end links, and more. They even told me that my Water Pump was leaking ONLY because my low coolant light is on. I happen to know the coolant sensor is broken, and the level is fine. My local dealership confirmed 1 week later that everything with the vehicle was fine. Use caution, and get second opinions. The owner of the shop was the one that I dealt with that day ( In Nov. 2012) - so these tactics go from the top, down.

Best repair shop Ive ever been to. Our car broke down on I81 at 4pm on Fri before Easter. They close at 6.....by the time the tow truck came and we decided where to take the car it was 5:45...the owner said hed wait for us to get there. Not only did he wait and give me assurance he would take good care of us, he also drove us to a nearby Mall to wait for our ride (so we didnt have to wander the streets with our luggage since we are from Philadelphia). The best customer service I have ever experienced!! Thank you Mr Whittaker!!

After running into all types of salespeople instead of mechanics on Front Street, I found this Meineke shop is my go-to auto repair shop. They seem to enjoy their jobs and are very cordial. Was there for 2 separate issues in past week and am a very satisfied customer (again). Terry, Dan and the guys did it again. I had to have my car towed in because it wouldnt start. They diagnosed a broken ground wire and another about to fail. Fixed them the first time and just charged me for 2 hours labor. Other shops might have tried to sell me a starter or new battery, but not them. Thanks guys, see you for an oil change in a few weeks.

I love these guys! They always do a great job at a fair price. Ive been getting service here for almost 8 years and the only thing I can complain about is that occasionally I have to wait a day for an appointment because they are busy and cant get me in last minute. Dan, Terry, and Scott are always professional, fair and never pushy.

Go in for brakes and they want to do everything at a very high price. Ive stopped at a couple locations this is the highest priced spot and theyll fix it even if it aint broke.
