This place have to be closed . Made the mistake to get my car to this auto shop . They replaced an engine gasket . the stupid mechanic pinched the gasket . Left with the car and I had oil bleeding . Went back , the boss blamed the mechanic , that He made mistake . I told Him , I dont accept mistakes on my car and I want my money back to go to fix it at the dealer. Didnt want to give me my money back . He said that Hes professionist and Hell fix the issue by himself. Left the car there . He used the same pinched gasket and put a bunch of silicon to stop the leaking for a while . Left. After few months had leak again . Went to dealer , paid to replace the same gasket those thieves replaced before . As those guys got my money for getting me just trouble , they dont deserve those money . At the beginning was a mistake as the mechanic was stupid . But the second time wasnt a mistake , was a decision . He decided to use the same pinched gasket and put silicon to be ok for few months , to cover their mistake . As they didnt do the job , they dont deserve those money . If you want the money without deserving , make you a thief . went back to Him and asked for my money back as He didnt do the job and I had to pay the dealer for that. He said He dont want to give me my money back and I should call Him in court . As I dont think I have to loose my time for Him , as is not my fault at all , I dont have to spend time in court , He have to beg me to get my money back . Ill call next week better business bureau , and Ill see what I can do to make the inspectors more curious about His business . The thieves shouldnt make business .

My mechanic was out of the state so a friend of mine recommended this shop. I paid $45.00 for a basic diagnostic test to determine if my battery and alternator were in working condition. After the diagnostics I was told my battery needed to be replaced and that I needed a new alternator. The estimate for repairs came out to $500.00 including labor. Feeling a bit skeptical I took the battery to Pep Boys and turns out the battery was still under warranty so I was able to swap it out for a new one at no cost. Second, I took my car to Auto Zone where they performed a free diagnostic test (which literally took less than 60 seconds) and turns out that my Alternator was perfectly fine! The Auto Zone employee even tighten my battery terminals and gave me some helpful tips at no COST. The gentleman Phillip at the Aventura Auto Specialist shop is dishonest and gives mechanics a bad rep. He tried to up-sale me and discourage me from verifying with Pep Boys if my battery was still indeed under warranty. Do not recommend!

Took my Lexus for valve cover gasket replace . He asked $200 comparing with others who ask $400 , or the dealer who ask $600 . I was very happy with the price but kind of suspicious . They replaced the gasket . Drove 50 miles , went home , in the morning left with the car ; after 10 miles , felt a lot of burned oil smell . Checked under the car and was leaking oil . checked the oil level and the engine was empty . went to walmart , bought oil , filled the engine with oil . went back next day to them and asked for my money back to go to the dealer . They said I have 2 options . 1 is to leave the car to them to fix it , or I leave without any money . Left my car there and they fixed the leaking . Lexus charge $400 to check if the engine was affected by running without oil .

HONEST AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND... Wife and I were visiting Miami. The morning that we decided to come home, our BMW 335i started overheating on I95. We were close to Aventura and found this place... Phillipe (owner/mechanic) diagnosed the problem in about a hour... Water pump went bad. He repaired the car that same day and got us back on our 12+ hour journey to NC... Phillipe was very knowledgable and a BMW certified expert. He charged me 1/2 what the dealership charges for a big job like that, he even worked with my 3rd party extended warranty. I am very lucky to have found him. Very honest and Great person that Wont "screw you over". Highly Recommend for all foreign cars especially BMW. Cant trust many ppl with this kind of car.

I have a 2009 Mercedes GLK 350still under extended warranty. The hallandale location couldnt find my oil leak after I drove there three times paying a deductible. I was so disappointed even light engine went off when I drove off and I still have the oil leak. I was highly recommended to aventura auto shop and will never go anywhere else. They specialize in European cars for a quarter of the dealer cost. They really know what there are doing. The place is immaculate and extremely professional. The prices are reasonable and I dont thing there is anything they cannot diagnose and fix. Phil was a pleasure to work with as he patiently explained and showed me the problem. Thank you guys soooooo much!!!!!!!!

I appreciate the honesty of the Aventura Auto Specialist professionals. I had to go to their garage to get changed some of the spare parts of my bike on my elder brother’s recommendation. Beyond my expectations and proving me wrong, all the parts were genuine and the prices were reasonable too. I was not expecting such because usually the mechanics make you pay the cost of genuine parts for the false ones. One can rarely find such trustworthy professionals. I am really impressed. Keep up the brilliant work, Aventura Auto Specialist!

My wifes BMW over heated and we took it to this shop. Its now 7 months, 3 trips and several thousand dollars later the problem still isnt fixed. She called again this morning as the car overheated again and the owner -- Phillippe -- became argumentative.... He is the classic untrustworthy mechanic that gives the entire field a bad name and bad reputation. Stay far away from this shop unless you want to throw your money away on nothing.... I repeat... stay far far far away from this shop...

Oustanding! On 7/12/11 my car was overheating on West Dixie Highway near my sons school, my brakes were shot, the check engine light was on for like 6 months and I had to get to work. I pulled in and he (Phil) took care of me right away. By 11:20am I was on my way to work, the brakes were great, the car ran cool again and power seemed to be greatly restored. Really very reasonable, very nice guy. I would definitely recommend to this place to anyone whos tired of the the same old mechanic crap.

THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME AT THE SHOP. I CAME TO SERVICE MY WIFE LEXUS FOR THE 100,000 SERVICE. THEY DID THE TIMEING BELT, WATER PUMP AND ALL THE OTHER ITEMS ON THE LIST AS DESCRIBED IN THE LEXUS MANUAL. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AS PROMISED. I SAVED OVER 450 DOLLARS. THANKS GUYS FOR THE GREAT JOB AND FRIENGLY SERVICE. AM REALY HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE.
