I dont even know where to start! Before i explained my review i want thank Bob and Ken, you guys are truly the kindest people i have ever met and you saved me! Ok here goes... My wife and I arrived from France to Florida to start a new life here. We had been here 3 weeks and decided we need to get a car as the rental is too expensive each month. After some research, we found at car within our budget at Florida Fine Cars in Miami (please dont ever buy a car from them and read my review, it is evil what they did to us). DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FLORIDA FINE CARS!!!! So after buying the car and signing the papers, we drove for 5 miles and the engine over heated, cut out along with the steering and brakes doing 65mph on the I95. The dealer wouldnt exchange or give us a refund for the car as we bought a car as "As-Is", however, we didnt even know what this was until the day after. Read my review for the full story with Florida Fine cars. So after getting a diagnostic done on my car with Florida Fine CARS it was going to cost me $900 to fix. I almost cried with disbelief. A move from France, visas, apartment, flights etc and now a broken car. So i took the Diagnostic report to Prestige Auto & Cycle and spoke to Bob. I told him the full story and he was speechless. And he said that Florida Fine Cars took advantage of my lack of knowledge of USA car sales just to get a sale. He went through the report with me step by step and after adding in Labor, tax etc their cost was only $595. So from $900 to $595! I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel! I put my car in with them to get fixed on the Friday and got it back Wednesday. during this time i was speaking to Ken and Bob who were advising me of what was wrong with the car and some of the things Florida Fine cars had put on didnt need fixed. They just wanted money from me. Money we didnt have. The honesty from them made me trust again. They could have charge me for everything on the list and i wouldnt have known any better, but they didnt. And infact, when i came in to pay and collect the car, my cost had dropped to $495 because there was something else which didnt need fixed but was on the Florida Fine Cars report. Not only did they fix car and it is running so smooth, due to my situation on being new to the country plus my rental car ending, i got the tri-rail down to Golden Glades (not far from the garage but too far too walk). And Bob even helped me out by sending someone to pick me up. Thats right you read this correctly, an auto garage who picked me up so i could get my car back. Not only had they saved me money with an incredible customer service, they even took it further to pick me up and bring me to the garage from the train station. After the long week of arguing with Florida Fine Cars, the money that we used to buy it etc My wife and i were close to giving up and just going back to Europe at a loss as we couldnt of survived with all these costs building up. Thanks to Prestige Auto & Cycle, they gave us a break. A well needed break and a 2nd chance to find our feet again. Even if there is something small or big with your car, USE PRESTIGE AUTO & CYCLE. i repeat - USE PRESTIGE AUTO & CYCLE. i have never in my whole car history (even in Europe) have found a company who actually cares for their customers and not just the money. Once again, massive thanks to Ken and Bob. You guys are my heros.

After going to get 3 estimates, this place had the lowest. They were very pleasant at the front desk and Bob does his best to make people feel comfortable. So thinking that they would be a good place to go, based on the "other" reviews here (I need to become more proficient on how to spot astroturfing)...I decided (with the agreement of the person who was paying for the damages) to go to them. Sadly, WHAT A MISTAKE! Not only were they negligent on calling back when they said they would, they conveniently left out the fact that my car would be in their shop for 2 days (ended up being 3 days so far). With the minor damage done to my vehicle, I thought that it really shouldnt take more than a day. To be fair, I dont know what it entails, yet I was shocked to hear that. Time and time again, I called waiting to hear back from them on the status. Only once did they call back. Next time, Ill just do the repairs at the dealership. - I may revise this review after all the work is done. At this point, it doesnt look as their place was as reputable as it seemed. // UPDATE: In the end, it was Bob that really tried to assist in expediting the repair. They could do betting in communicating to the customer upfront the whole process and keep in contact with the repairs as they progress instead of leaving it to the customer to get frustrated.

I had an accident almost three weeks ago and my 2013 Chevy Cruz was taken directly there from the accident. At first I was a little uneasy of leaving it there because it was my first time being in a situation like this, but I was given great attention from Patty she is truly a dear so kind and friendly it seemed she was always smiling even when I spoke with her over the phone. I was overwhelmed with every detail that was given to me by Bob he specified everything that was going to be done on my vehicle Thank You Bob although I didnt understand much I am thankful for the attention that was given to me. The manager Ken was so sweet while i waited for Patty to make arrangements for me with the rental company he let me in the conference room and I was able to sit and relax and watch tv shows on the web while I waited. Well when I picked up my car today finally after two and half long weeks I was amazed with the work that was done on it, the car looked like it was just coming out the dealer again!!!! i would truly use this body shop again and refer to any friends of mines THANK YOU PRESTIGE AUTO & CYCLE YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!

Being new to Miami, I didnt know who I could trust to bring my car to after getting rear-ended. The BBB led me to Prestige and I couldnt be happier with my choice. Maria and Tanuja at the office were focused on customer care, dealing with everything with my insurance and keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Bob estimated within $100 of what my car insurance estimated everything would cost, making it painless to get paid from insurance and helping assure me that they are honest on their pricing and estimating services. It took less time than they originally estimated to get the work done and the detailing service was amazing. My car has never been so clean! You wont find another auto-body place in Miami where everyone remembers your name and makes it an enjoyable experience to go to the body shop!
