I had the worst shopping experience ever at the autozone on 16520 ne 6 ave North Miami Beach Florida. I went in on June 22 to purchase car parts. The female worker that served me was so impatient, poorly trained and outright rude. I ordered $200 in parts and she asked me why was I ordering so much. Normally an employee should be happy to make the sales for the company. Instead she told me that I’m giving her too much work to do by ordering so many parts. I returned the next day to pick up more parts and she ran and hid in the back of the store. As I was standing and waiting in line, I saw her peeking from the back through the shelves. This type of employee is guaranteed to make this store go out of business.

The staff was VERY VERY VERY disrespectful. We are from Indiana and our wheel bearing gave out. I waited forever in line as there were plenty of staff taking there good old time and not concerned about helping me. Them they chased us off the parking lot. Our wheel was in horrible shape. We had our own business and treating ur customer like this is horrible. Where I come from the auto zone employees would have come out and helped us change the wheel bearing. Very disrespectful. I will never go to this auto zone again if I need assistance while in Florida.

I went in for a couple items and my shopping was cut short due to some employee (young man) yelling across the entire store. Calling some woman terrible names and saying he wanted to punch her in the face! Obviously no class but at work? So unprofessional. The anger in his voice made me so uncomfortable and honestly scared. This icky feeling lasted for days. Theyll never have my business again. Creepy.

worst customer service ive ever received. store manager was great. female sales associate was the worst. would not even look up, greet, or even bother to properly explain a damn thing. asked her if they sold a gallon of a certain oil she says no. turned around and it was right there. went there twice in one day to buy some things for an old car. never going back. disgusted. stick with the manager.

Worst ever... Called early for directions when i got the store Karl and Mark rude, uneducated obviously dont. Like their job... I drove 6 miles to get my battery replace and they told me no can do. Please the store was empty.how can to overly obese can look at my face and tell me they are to busy... There are not just plain lazy. Lack of customer service I mean I called previously

Called to ask if they have a torque wrench in stock. I got disconnected the first time. They answered and hung up the second time. The third time, they answered and put me on hold for over 5 minutes before I hung up. Big waste of time. Learn to do business, people.

They need to go to training, the customer services at Auto Zone 167 NE 6 Ave. In North Miami, is the worse. No respect for the customers, they have a dont care attitude. I will not go back at that Auto Zone again.
