Heck I cannot lie my first visit I spent $1300 well spent the owner Fred and the other older gentleman were very professional and to the point my second visit was a nightmare they broke a part in my sunroof and refuse to take responsibility for it currently his employees are all fairly young and do not have customer service skills once the owner is gone its like a hangout for young Mechanic coming on board the owner needs to correct this because they are getting cocky attitude and there are many more good Mechanic out there today he business might be wrong but tomorrow he needs his customers to return as he put it he has enough customers and didnt care of the damage done to my car he had some young men trying to hit me up for money and not repair the problem which he said he did not know how to and I try to explain to him how it should be repaired but he only wanted to charge me for the correction of his employees mistake employees mistake I was willing to see him halfway and yet he was still being unfair so therefore if he makes a mistake in your car he will not fix it without charging you he will say that you did it and blame you and would want to charge you again if a doctor takes out the wrong organ does that make it your fault

I have four high mileage vehicles , and the maintenance needed to keep my cars running well ,is done here , the 03 Toyota matrix XRS a courier car has six hundred thousand miles and after major engine and transmission work , my wife is able to comfortably drive the car to work . My Chevy express 2500 , we took it to 470k with no problem , the fuel pump and water pump , radiator , alignment , brakes all were handled on a timely basis . My 97 Acura 3.0 cl , was taken to 167 k and all the gasket work , alignment , belts , hoses , brakes were all done on time . The car still runs well and my son drives it daily . Fix once , all work is warrantied and the staff and owner are experienced and certified , latest alignment rig is always available , diagnostic tools are up to date , six work bays and technicians available six days a week , tow truck service is available for roadside emergencies , 24/ 7 . Thank you , Rudy a five year satisfied customer , who drives two thousand miles a week as a courier for medical supplies .

I was drawn to Expert Auto Repairs glowing reviews and close proximity to my house. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The owner, Fred, gave me a direct and honest assessment of the damage that had been done to my car. I was given a satisfactory explanation for the parts that I needed and why I needed them. Ava, among her other many duties, was responsible for finding my hard-to-find car parts. She answered all my questions knowledgeably and to the point. Although my shipment was delayed (through no fault of theirs), she kept me in the loop and gave me regular updates. The pricing was fair and they even made an exception to have me drop off and pick up the car during after-hours due to my long commute to work. I would go to Expert Auto Repair again and would recommend them highly.

Fred and the guys are the best! Been using them for years now. Just started driving a small pickup within the last year and recently noticed the transmission was "slipping" at certain speeds and rpms. Fred recommended a transmission flush and replaced a leaking seal while he was at it. The transmission feels like new now. I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money on a transmission rebuild, or worse, a new transmission. Not only did Expert Auto save me a lot of money, I am enjoying driving my truck again. I am always encouraged when I go there, whether for a routine oil change, or something a little more involved. The guys there are always professional and have great attitudes. If you want to get screwed then come here, they told me 3 times face to face, that my warranty covers my part thats damaged if ive already driven over 1000 miles from first purchasing my vehicle, which i drove over 2000 miles, so they told me yes its covered, 2 days later i get a call that theyre finally fixing the part and oh yeah your warranty dont cover it, now i owed him $700, tried to fight it but he said its my fault not his, so another day passed i had to pay $111 just to get my truck back with the old damaged part still in my truck, these guys are 2 faced bullshiters who double cross you, i will never come here again and DO NOT recommend you come here, waste of time and money

Mechanics like to rip people off but this place went beyond , they didnt care about helping they just were money hungry and thought they can charge whatever money they wanted and keep the truck for over a day because they said it takes over a few hours of work. Well they try to charge over $700 for a simple exhaust manifold fix long story short brother was able to do it in one hour with basic tools and we found the part for $100 on Amazon when they said the part costs about $350. Worst mechanic shop Ive ever been too.

I dont trust dealers and found myself in need of an emergency repair. They got my car right in and called me with an estimate the same day. The estimate stayed true to the final cost with some minor but necessary incidentals. My car was repaired well and in a timely manor. At the time they have the estimate they mentioned possible additional repairs that they wouldnt know until tear down, these were not needed and not done. Will be using them in the future.

Fred and his crew were some of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever used. They were able to diagnose and fix my engine issue where the Ford dealership in Pompano wanted to replace my whole engine. These guys are the real deal and do great work at an affordable price. I will use them for all of my vehicles from here on out and will be a client for life. Highly recommended!!

The owner is polite. But exprience of the mechanics are limited. If you need an oil change or tune up, there fine. But for engine problems, transmission, and big jobs, they dont know what their doing. After taking my vechile their, well; lets just say after 2 days, it doesnt run anymore. I m moving more south to get access to real mechanics.

Fred provided a fair price and was able to get the work done within the time he promised. Like every auto repair, none are exactly the way you expect them to be but Expert Auto was able to deliver without any surprises. Excellent mechanics. Very trust worthy and reliable. Owner is a wonderful person. I would recommend Expert Auto Care to everyone. I dont trust mechanics. I have been screwed over many time. They are great! I am a researcher and always research prices. They are always either less expensive or right on target.
