One early Saturday morning, I had a situation with my automatic car window; it would not roll up or down. I called New Era Automotive, and the polite young man advised me to bring the car into the repair shop so they could look and provide me an estimate. When I drove up, the owner immediately placed my car in the stall and began to work. He disabled the door cover to determine the cause. Come to find out, it was a lawn chair hitting against another button located in the rear of the Jeep, preventing the window from rolling up or down. The young man took a great deal of his time and energy, and charged me zero (nothing). I could not believe it! I told him going forward, because of his kindness and honestly, I will not hesitate to bring my Jeep to his repair shop. Thank you New Era Automotive.

I have been to New Era Automotive on four different occasions, and every time has resulted in an honest and straightforward experience. The cost for parts and labor are consistent and sometimes lower with what I am able to verify with my friends and online sources, and the turnaround has always been either one business day or the same business day. Most recently, my car had to be towed from my place of employment to New Era due to a bad alternator. Fadel and his staff were able to look at my car, order a part, and fix the problem all in the same day. I would highly recommended New Era Automotive to anyone who is looking for a AAA-approved shop that is honest and effective.

I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. THE OWNER THROW KEYS AT MY GIRLFRIEND. I PAID $870 FOR MY TRUCK TO BE FIXED AND IT IS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. THERE WAS NO REFUND, NO EMPATHY, NO SINCERENESS. I DIDNT APPRECIATE THE SERVICE OR THE ATTITUDE. THAT SHOP HAD MY TRUCK FOR OVER A MONTH. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT NOTHING. AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF I DIDNT EVEN GET A RECEIPT FOR MY SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. NOT TO MENTION 5 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS SAME SHOP. DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL AFTER THE FACT. HOW CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WORRIES BECAUSE I WILL NEVER COME TO YOU GUYS AGAIN

Got stuck with an overheated engine due to dead radiator fan on my old but very special bmw 650. Fadel and his crew took care of the problem in a very timely fashion, saved me a TON of money as compared to what the dealer would have charged. Beyond that I need to comment on his personal service and attention to make certain that I was informed along the way, and satisfied both during and after the repair. Fortuitous that this unexpected repair resulted in me having found my new crew to take care of my auto. Thanks Fadel!

A Costco-recommended auto service shop - for good reason. I was referred to New Era Auto by Costco and am thankful for their sound referral. The folks at New Era were very professional and their honesty about their work was self-evident. They did not attempt to sell me unnecessary repairs and were candid about my car, its strengths and weaknesses. Fadel is a wonderful person to deal with. And, their charge was reasonable indeed. Competence, honesty, integrity. This place has all these qualities. A very good find.

I just got an alignment from New Era today. I went through Groupon and made the purchase then scheduled the appointment the same day. I arrived about 30 minutes and was greeted by three busy but attentive representatives who showed me a comfortable waiting room for my son and myself. I filled out the customary paperwork and before I knew it they were already done, and done fast. No upsell afterwards either. Ive found my new mechanic in town, quick reliable service with reasonable rates.

For once, I found an honest mechanic. Not only is the owner, Fadel honest, but so are his mechanics. Karen, the assistant is wonderful. The customer service at this shop is excellent. They did some repairs on my truck, but when that didnt fix the problem, Fadel gladly refunded my money. Btw, I have the truck from hell...quickly turning into a money pit. New Era will always be the auto repair shop I go to, and I will gladly refer them to friends and family. Love them.

Fadel and his crew treat you and your car right. I would always have issues with other mechanics, even dealerships, but New Era Automotive has proven to be in a league of its own. They are fair, trustworthy, and get the job done! No matter what issue Ive had, no matter what car Ive brought in, they always fix the problem and leave my car running like new. Love this place! I highly recommend using them. I was having a new radiator put on when they discover I have 2 bad coils one worst than the other. I told him to do one and Ill have to come back to have the other one done. He ended up doing both but only charging me for one. On top of that they close at 6 and I was running late and he stayed open almost an hour later just for me.

Great service and price! Our car wouldnt start, so we called New Era. We dropped off the keys and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. This was very convenient! Ignore the 1 and 3 star reviews. The 1 star had a crappy reason for giving them that, and the 3 star didnt have a reason at all. When the front side of my car literally fell and sat right on my tires, Fadel had my car ready the next day. This place is the most reliable repair shop Ive ever been to, and if I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Very fast and friendly. A friend recommended them to me and I see why! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Toyota dealership told me my whole tire needed to be replaced because of a nail, but New Era fixed it for me (very very affordably) and didnt try to sell me anything even though I went in thinking Id need a used tire.

When you find a good dentist or mechanic, you stick with them. They are honest and fair, which is hard to find. They kept my older Toyota Corolla in perfect shape. Today my (new to me) older Volkswagens brakes went out. I had AAA tow it only to Fadel and New Era Automotive. You can trust them.
