We have been going to this car wash for several months. At first the wash was not too bad. However, the last two times, the inside of the car looked as if it had not been vacuumed, the outside not properly dry ,the windshield dirty, dead bugs on the bumper etc. And we paid for their most expensive "Galaxy" wash. This first happened 3 weeks ago. It was so bad inside that the manager gave us a free future wash to apologize. Not something we requested nor expected. They had failed to vacuum the seats which has sand from a beach outing the day before. The underside of the floor mats and the trunk also had not been vacuumed. The car was dirty. The same thing happened today. The only difference is that instead of having an apologetic manager who wanted to make it right, I encountered an extremely rude so-called Assistant Manager named Damian. I had to drive the car back to the vacuum area because the front folks dont have a vacuum. When I asked Damian to please vacuum this again, he became defensive and telling me that they had vacuumed it when clearly the underside of the matts had twigs, sand and other debris. They dont bother to clear the interior except for "wiping the dashboard" which was also dirty. He then told me "If you dont like the way we wash your car, go somewhere else". Since there was no other manager on duty I was given the cell number for the General Manager Lit because it was his day off. I left him a voicemail and have not received a call back. As the old saying goes, "First time shame on you, second time, shame on me." That this guy Damian is a manager tells the whole story of why this place will never see my business again. I will take your advice Damian and "Go somewhere else". My Mercedes ML 350 will never grace your doors again. No wonder there are so many negative reviews on here!

Husband took my car for an oil change and wash today. As my he was driving away he looked over in the passenger seat to see my antenna. No one said a word about it being snapped off. He was pretty upset about that when he arrived back home @ 3 in the afternoon...but soon he would be furious. He took our dog out @ 5:45 and found that the left rear tire was completely flat. As he began investigating for a reason for the flat he used water with soap in it and found that the air valve had been damaged causing the tire to completely deflate. He then had to remove the tire put on the spare for me to go to work in the morning and has to fix the valve on the flat tire. We will never go to this establishment again.

Yesterday Feb 16 2015 I ordered THE GALAXY package for $26.99! I was very unhappy!!! my door jams were filthy,car mats ,were not left in the rear of my SUV...I could go on but, I was told that my car needed a Hand Wax ,after my car was done!! I spoke to the Supervisor prior to assess what I needed. Now today I called to see how much the Hand Wax would cost even though I was just there yesterday!!! I was it would be another $109.00 Please to not go there & expect GOOD SERVICE!! they will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge!!!

Went to this place for years overpaying for my oil change because they did a great job with the car wash. Then one day my car comes out with a broken tail light and I explain to them they did not do this. They fill out a damage report and tell me to come back in a week when the manager is there... They still denied it and told me I could look at their 32 cameras. I dont have time for that. You broke it. You fix it. Needless to say it never got fixed and it was very hard to find a manager.

Ordered Galaxy package, was told my tires are too big for tunnel wash, but they would hand-wash it. Paid $33 to include interior shine. What a joke this was!!! Dirt still all over rims, tires, windows! Interior looked like it never was vacuumed, specially the back. Talked to the detail mgr to complain. He said sorry, but I was busy and did not see this. That was it! No redo of some of the areas, nothing! Will never go there again! Neither will my other car!

Have always used Jupiter Auto Spa but today was ridiculous. Kept waiting for my car (close to 50 min.) finally went outside and my car was parked. Asked attendant if my car was done and why no one had called me (I had been waiting inside the door). He said nothing took my ticket went and got my keys and said someone must of called you but you didnt hear. No apology. When I got in the car my drivers window had hand prints. I will not be going back!!!!

I was a regular (and very satisfied) customer of Jupiter Auto Spa for several years. After this business changed ownership recently, customer service has declined. In fact, I will no longer return with my business. It is really disappointing when a business tells you something that isnt true, then says "well, Im not changing my mind" when what they said was proven to be incorrect.

Matt, the cashier was awesome! Super helpful and guided us to enhancements to help us keep our Van a clean place. The team in the back took great care of us and spent what seemed like extra time on our van. We keep a clean car but everyone needs a clean. Do it at Jupiter Auto Spa for a family Friendly team and a high quality detail! Great job!

Nice place, Tony in the carwash is manager And truly a great guy who cares about your car.. my kids were upset while watching the car go threw the wash, the trip color soap didnt go on (i didnt pay for it) but the Manger over heard him, and offered to run it threw the wash again with it on.. I said no, but was delighted with this jester

Always try to upsell transmission flushes of course most expensive thing there. They tried telling my sister she needed a transmission flush but she had just gotten one 3 days prior. Pretty sure 3/4 of staff are illegal. Not professional. Ive been hit on my mgmt and it is sickening. Horrendously overpriced for shoddy work.

Best full service car wash in Jupiter. The volume of cars they pump out in a day is amazing. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer than usual, but with the high demand of clients they serve an extra wait is to be expected. Friendly staff, quality work and a great operation overall.
