Sometime in 2012 we had been taking our 2005 325ci BMW to Foreign Fix. On one occasion they replaced a headlight. Ever since then the headlights (which turn with the steering)... are turning backwards. i.e. Turn wheels left, headlights turn right. Dont recall the excuse but it was never corrected. On another occasion they closed the hood while a tool or toolbox was on the engine, thus denting the hood. They attempted some repair and it "looked" OK, but first time I opened and then CLOSED the hood, it buckled before closing. They took the car back in and replaced with a brand new hood at their cost. Thought what great guys. So why am I writing a review 5 years later? We are now retired living in Florida and still have the car. Took it to a body shop for some minor rusting ... on the hood (the replaced hood that is less than half as old as the rest of the car which has no rust). Body man is a BMW body man, and as soon as he opened the hood he said ...this is not a BMW hood. It is a third party hood and showed us the difference between our hood ... and a proper one with proper sealing on all the seams. Also pointed out how flimsy our hood was when opened compared to a proper one. So 5 years later we again find ourselves subjected to Foreign Fix. PS: This body guy quoted about $1000 to find a real BMW hood and paint to match our car.

Needed new tires and an alignment, called last week to set it up, took the car in the following Wednesday, and even though the person I had talked on the phone hadnt followed through with correctly making the appointment or ordering the tires from the warehouse, Scott was great and worked me into the schedule that day. Scott got me four better tires for the same quoted price. When the rack to do the alignment was acting up he didnt charge me for the alignment and asked me to come back in a few days once the machine was serviced to make sure the alignment was right. I would recommend Foreign Fix to anyone looking to avoid the dealership, and get great customer service from an independent garage.

I highly recommend these guys. I brought in my BMW that I purchased from a dealership a little over two months ago that started making this awful noise. I have pretty decent knowledge of the aesthetic side of BMWs...what I dont know is the mechanical side of it. My step-dad had me convinced that it would be something big and expensive to fix. They were both kind and didnt take advantage of a female that does not know the mechanics of a car. I will definitely be bringing my car back for anything I need done to the vehicle. Thank you for your time, not making me feel worse about how I was already feeling and for fixing something small and little.

Brought my Subaru in for head gaskets, timing belt and fluid flushes but they forgot to put coolant in so it over heated. Long story short i had to bring the car back 3 separate times and fight with them and AAA to fix the damage from this and it still cost me $1800 more just from their negligence. Through this whole thing they were very unprofessional and just plain rude at times. When i finally got there to pick it up they didnt hook up the battery, the check engine light was on and my a/c stopped working. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

They fixed a tire wear issue I had that Volvo was telling me was not an issue but yet I had been through 2 sets of tires in less than two years. Foreign Fix took care of the issue first time they had my car! They also recently completed body work on my car after I had hit a deer. They go above and beyond anything I could expect from a body shop. I will always take my car here!

I took my Subaru in for a headgasket change and had the timing belt replaced as well. Scott was very courteous and honest with me. The work done was perfect and affordable and my car now runs wonderfully. Even though I live out in Cranberry I would not hesitate to have Foreign Fix work on my car again. A++ shop.

They were really great!!! Their prices are reasonable and they were helpful with everything. They were effecient with replacing my water pump on my Bmw and had a wonderful attitude about everything. Really down to earth and honest guys. Now I know where to take my car without any doubts :-)

I have an old british car and a newer german car and the guys at this shop always help me out when I am in a jam. The shop is always busy but they make time tell you just what is wrong and how it can be fixed and if you can save any money.
