The bad review above was from a girl who we tried to make understand that the crack in her windshield was from a small crack that got bigger, she had several cracks along with several dents in her car. Out of good faith we offered to pay half of the windshield replacement but she was still not happy. Funny thing though she needed help with her car a few days ago and came by my shop and I still helped her instead of being a hateful person that I could have been.
