Dont even bother calling unless you want to be treated like youre bothering them. I asked for a price, the guy sighed and said he cant find the tire guy... Said used tires are $30 - $40 if in stock then paused and said "now what"... Really? I have to tell you to ask me the number so you can look it up? Then lost signal while on hold so wasnt about to bother calling back.

I walked in to get an estimate on rack & pinion. He quoted me 300 on part, 350 on labor, I was outraged. So i went to a shop in detroit, He charged me 120 for part and 125 Labor. Wow what a difference. Banner was taking advantage of me cuz im a female. I would not recommend this place at all.

Wow!!! Just called Banner TIRE for a price on TIRES, and the "TIRE GUY" was gone for a week. No one else could help me!!!!! BANNER TIRE!!! Like KFC being out of chicken! (Which has also happened at KFC on 8 & Harper) so much for shopping local!

I took my car to Banner Tire Company for my tires to be replaced. They gave me a really good deal on some tires, and they were very friendly and helpful.
