This is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had to write about considering that this man is my former best friend and we go back a long way. Jason the owner took in my BMW 530i and agreed to turn it back into factory condition. I delivered the car and gave him a 2k deposit for parts that I may need. The car entered the shop in mid November 2014 he guaranteed it by christmas as that deadline came and went the progress was minimal to say the least. After telling Jason in mid January that I was going to remove the car and have someone else complete the work he seemed sincere and convinced me that he was just over worked and would get my situation handled for me. Long story short after the car left his shop in April 2015 the BMW dealer found almost 10k worth of things that were in operational and had to be fixed for the car to be 100% as I was promised by Jason. After Jason blatantly dodged numerous attempts to be contacted to resolve the issue he came up with another excuse and how it would take him "some time" to come up with a fraction of the repairs Im asking for totaling $3,200. That obviously didnt happen at this time and I ate almost 10K worth of damage to get the car back right. Jason talks a great game but when its game time his actions fall well short of his words. I also gave Jason an Acura which after I spent 2K over 2 weeks and its in the exact same running condition as it was before he touched it. TAKE CARS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Itll be the last time he touches any of me or my people and businesss vehicles!

I own an expediting company out of KY. Had a cargo van break down just down the road from here, needed bearings, spindle, rotor, brakes. We thought they had done a good job and fast once the logistics were taken care of. However, 300 miles down the road the new bearings burnt up and the grease was pouring out of the hub. Took it to Monro in Springboro, OH where it was found that the nuts had been torqued (they only need tightened enough to line up the holes). Shores said they would take care of it. However, when called back they wanted to ship the parts to Monro instead of just paying for the parts to be bought. This is all on a Saturday. There was a load in the van due at the customer on Sunday 60 miles from Monro. We had to go back and forth with them and at the time of this review I still have no satisfaction.... still waiting!!!!!

I just had my brake lines replaced by these guys and I was impressed greatly by the shop. Shores auto clinic is a great family shop with #1 Son as the owner and master mechanic along with the rest of his team. Mom and the Dog and Dad were also great to talk with as well. His dad even gave me a ride to and from the shop. Shores auto clinic is what a great community minded small business should be with a personal, professional attitude that so closely matches what I call top notch performance. Now if we can only get the business owner to be aware of language while in the presence of customers:) Lose the uckfays and youll be perfect!

Jason made right all with the BMW and is a fair and honest guy after all the grievances were brought to his attention. He held up his word and made everything right, thats a rarity these days. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fair, honest, experienced technicians with a personal touch from the owner of the establishment. He continues to improve his operation to make it into the best shop in St Clair Shores!! The deadwood so to speak is being cleaned up around the shop so its a much improved facility.

Dropped my car off at 9am and got it back at 5pm after the guy went on an hour test drive using a quarter tank of gas. Not returning or suggesting this place. (And I was late for work)

Dont take your car here. Bunch of morons pretending to be mechanics. Couldnt follow simple directions a 5 year old could.
