I recently took my car to The Car Doctors after receiving a quote from Firestone for a new radiator. The mechanic, Nik, at the Car Doctors quoted me about $100 less than Firestone. I live a good distance away from the Car Doctors, but the fact that they wernt "salesy" or trying to push me to upgrade everything made me very comfortable with them. When I went to pick up my car, Nik had found another problem that I had known about, but had been putting off. A few of my extra rear lights were out due to worn wires connecting to my trunk. Nik showed me the problem and offered to fix it at an extremely good rate. He also did a quick tune up that took away some excess noise that I had been driving with for years. My car drove better than it idd 25,000 miles ago. Overall, I was very impressed with the experience and have been recommending The Car Doctors to friends.

I dealt with Nick and he has been so professional and he kept me in the loop about what my car needs done and how much its gonna cost. He checked my car out on a Saturday, and made an appointment for Tuesday to get my brake pads replaced. Come Tuesday, my car started having this thumping noise that sounded like it had to do with wheel bearing, and Nick confirmed that was it. I had them done at Tire Discounters a couple weeks before and they had failed to reattach a clip on to the wheel bearing. They did a horrible job repairing it and Nick and his crew just fixed it in half the time Tire Discounters di it. And to top it all off, Nick actually charged me less than what he quoted me! I highly recommend taking your car to them for repairs. They dont rip you off like other shops (unfortunately) do!

My wife & I moved from a small town to Columbus 4 years ago. Last week my truck broke down & was lost on where to go to fix it as my years of trusted mechanics are now 110 miles away. A work colleague referred me to Nick, The Car Doctor. They did an excellent job fixing it the way I requested, called to give me the repair cost and got it finished quicker then expected, it was done within 1 day!!!!. Daughter was visiting Columbus and had car trouble. We called Car Doctors and they were EXCELLENT!! Dropped the car off when they opened, Nick took Wonderful Care of my daughter, he was very honest, courteous, professional, and really knew what he was talking about... By 3pm the same day, Nick had the car fixed and my daughter was able to make it home safely. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs an honest and fair auto repair shop. I dont know where Id be without these guys. I have several cars that like all cars require regular maintenance and occasional repairs. I feel The Car Doctors are always honest and upfront; the work is done right the first time and they actually care about good customer service and repeat business. Well qualified honest auto mechanics are are hard to find. I have used The Car Doctors twice in the last month. They replaced a radiator on a 11 year old SAAB, which is no easy job, and the brakes on a an 08 Civic. In both cases, the prices they quoted were competative, and the work was completed by the time they said it would be done. I reccomend these guys to anyone looking for an auto mechanic, and I will continue to bring my cars to their shop to be serviced by them.

Car Doctors is the best mechanic shop that I ever had business with fixing my cars in my 34 years of living. They do all the work very fast, charge very low price compared to other mechanic shops in Columbus. Great experience. It was my first time at Car Doctors and I am a satisfied customer. I had to replace O2 sensor and do an oil change so I called and asked for a quote. Nick said that they have to order the part and I can come when it will arrive. So they ordered it for me and when I came everything was ready and replaced quickly with no problems. Very happy after trying different shops like monro, firestone and others.

They are amazing. Quoted me 40 dollars to have a bearing pressed out of my spindle...did it for 20 and offered to press it into the wheel assembly if needed. Fair guys...honest place. This is the kind of place that you feel comfortable going back to. I highly recommend that you invest your time i to this business for any car work needed. Will go back if need more work done. Such a lucky find.. Nick has been great working on my Terraza, despite it being a tough vehicle to work with (everything is really crammed in there). He is so busy, but I wouldnt expect anything less from such a great mechanic with great pricing... I will continue to patiently wait for him to fit me in, just so I know I am getting the best around. I had an issue with one of my ball joints but didnt know which one was bad. Nick was able to locate the correct ball joint and had it repaired in short time. It is nice to turn corners without the "grinding" noise. Hopefully I have found my new mechanic as my old mechanic has retired. Thank you Nick and Eddie.

Car doctors are the ***t they got me back on the road asap they fixed a electrical problem that no one could fix and was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars just to look at it the doctors fixed the problem and fixed another issue I had for no charge and 50 dollars out the door geahhhhhhh

Total rip off. He was supposed to replace my engine, when he was taking it apart he broke a screw off the distributor cap. He didnt fix it and didnt tell me. Moisture got in and ruined the part, I had to spend $200 on a part that worked perfectly fine until he touched my car.
