Beyond Pissed! My fiancee who lives with me is expecting a package that according to the tracking, had been delivered. Well, for the second time the key for the larger box had not been put in my box but someone elses. The first time I dealt with a guy supervisor that was extremely polite. He got back to me in a matter of an hour and had someone fix the problem within 15 minutes of that. But this second time I dealt with a very unprofessional, rude, and apparently lazy lady supervisor by the name of Silvia Thompson! When I went to pick up the mail at 11:30, I noticed there was no key and no package. Just a couple other pieces of random mail. So knowing from my previous experience that they probably put the key in the wrong mailbox, I went straight to this office. The people working up front were extremely polite and said their supervisor was busy on the phone and to leave the package tracking info, my name and number, and they would get back to me shortly. At 4:35 I call because they DID NOT get back to me. The supervisor NEVER looked into it until this call. She was extremely short with me, cutting me off before I could tell her when i looked and that their were boxes available for the package and that I had checked at 11:30. Then she put me on hold and came back 10 min. later to say she doesnt know who delivered what and that she had 3 different people splitting that shift. Its obvious she wanted to just not fix the problem because she NEEDED to get someone out there to check the boxes for where the key was placed. I live less than 2 minutes from their office! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Whoever the guy that is a supervisor or helped me the first time is, he was great! I hate to give this post office a rating of one star, but Silvia Thompson ruined their reputation!

I would give this place a negative 10 if I could. They have not delivered my packages correctly. They constantly deliver mail to the wrong addresses even though the address is clearly written correctly on the envelope. Our community is so used to it the neighbors just deliver it to the correct address in person to ensure it gets there because we all know it happens. But this is the last straw. Didnt receive the Christmas package my mom sent. Found out it was because they said they attempted to deliver but it was declined so it is being sent back. I NEVER got a knock on my door on the date they "attempted" to deliver and I did NOT decline the package. We are trying to call but no one EVER answers the phone. I dont know if my daughter will get her Christmas present in time & now my mom might have to re-order & repay for shipping. They have forgotten to deliver packages before and said they were delivered and I had to drive around on SR436 to hunt down the mail truck to get my package because they forgot to take it off the truck. Ridiculous, worst incompetent unprofessional post office EVER.

Imagine that today.. July 9th 2016. Another package was to be delivered and tracking number says out for delivery yet it never showed up. This location is absolutely the worst. I guess I have to get in touch with the post master regarding our local branch. Thanks Casselberry Post Office for always being horrible. If I could have my mail sent to another branch and just drive to pick it up I would. At least I wouldnt have to deal with inconsistent delivery times and undelivered mail. Worst service ever. Again.... it seems as if the people working inside this facility are as useful as a bag of rocks. A package to be delivered today has not arrived. The office closes as 5pm and I am not able to reach anyone by phone. I wish I could have the option of not using this current facility. But I am forced to use them and time and time again I have delivery issues with packages. Thanks for nothing USPS, this is the reason you are going out of business. POOR SERVICE!!!!

Frankly, I am appalled at the poor postal service I have experienced since I moved to Casselberry two years ago. In south Orlando I always had excellent service. Here I have several different carriers as my route has supposedly not been taken by anyone. The only nice and efficient carrier is a woman I see occasionally. The others are constantly talking on their earphones, tossing pkgs on the porch instead of placing them on the little bench I have there for that purpose, misdirecting my mail, and coming at all different hours; sometimes 9:00 a.m., other times at 4:00 p.m. all within the same week. The main post office has one efficient, quick-thinking clerk (a young man) while the rest of them are rude and slow, as they are at the Fernwood Park Drive locale, which is also not kept properly landscaped. I just cannot figure out why there is such a difference within a 20-mile location. I have complained to no avail.

I arrived at the Live Oaks post office at 10:40 am. Needed to mail out my passport with expedited service. I was told that you needed an appointment and they only take customers until 10:45 for passports. I asked if I could have it done as no one else was in the post office I was told no I do not have an appointment. If you dont have anybody else why cant you do my passport it takes several minutes and we still have 5 minutes even by his clock. The guy had a totally Wiseguy attitude. And the United States Postal Service wonders why their business is going down? User inferencing skills mr. Postman. And I got to do this all with an autistic kid in tow.

I was in the branch yesterday and witnessed that one of the operators was gossiping after the customer. The customer was very old probably poor, and I was really shocked how she was talking after the customer calling him homeless, kind of he always comes with same backpack and so on. This is very unprofessional. I will try to remember her name but do not remember for now. She also refused to stamp the letters I had since there was about 380 of them, suggested me to get stamps and stamp it there and mail. I am asking everybody, then why would I wait in the line if operator is going to have me do everything?

Very pleasant person answered the phone promptly. I was trying to find a "return" package that supposedly had not made it back to the source business. The Postal Service rep could not have been nicer or more willing to be as helpful as possible. She looked for the package everywhere at the facility. She volunteered to speak directly to the letter carrier and was even willing to call the shipping/receiving rep at the business location where I had returned the package. The reviews had almost discouraged me from even phoning the USPS facility. I am very glad I did. Five star service! Randy Cox, Little Rock

Horrible service!! Two times in a row the mailman did not come to my door (I live in a condominium) to deliver a package instead just leaves a paper in the mailbox saying "sorry we missed you come pick up your package" lazy ass couldnt walk 100 steps to do his job and deliver it. I paid for 2 day shipping and now wont have my package. I was waiting all day for my package to be delivered now I have to go pick it up. Walk your lazy ass mailman
