I went in first thing in the morning and lady behind the counter was put out when she had to write down my address. she informed that the sender of the package needed to have put our po box number behind the street address on the shipping label. how was I supposed to know that? we have had the same po box for 20 years. she was rude and not very friendly at all. she acted like she was better than the people she was trying to help. this is a nice little town and she was no help and bad attitude not what you want to deal with first thing in the morning.

I do a LOT of business with this post office. The carriers are friendly and efficient, but the office NEVER answers the phone, it rings until disconnect. So when I have problems with packages being delivered to someone ELSE when it shows being delivered to ME, I have to get in my car and drive 12 miles R/T to try and get some answers, and even then the answer is usually "wait until tomorrow to see if it shows up", never mind the hundreds of dollars I have invested in the package that was delivered to SOMEONE ELSE!
