This is for the USPS in general. I see lost /late packages and overall HORRIBLE customer service.They are responsible for 98% of late freight.If you ask me the USPS needs revamped.This should have been one of the things in the general election that should have been a concern,but people just over look it.Heres the facts...99% of the time your package WILL be late. 98% of the time you will have a carrier who either is not your regular carrier or does not give a crap.They are over paid over worked and understaffed.They have no fear of losing their jobs because they are federally contracted.If you pay more for fed ex sure post or UPS smart post they only hand your package off to the USPS anyway so why pay extra?? Have amazon prime? Love the 2 day shipping.90% of those are USPS deliveries and are LATE. So bottom line...Dont have too high of an expectation!You will be let down!

US Post Office may have some flaws but compare with UPS and FedEx, they provide faster shipping with a low cost. Unlike its competitors, USPS gives away free boxes. I appreciate the lever they have in there, you dont have to wait in line to drop off a package, you can just simply squeeze your package in the lever and your done. In and out operation, good for those who has busy lives. Some of the staffs are friendly while others gives you a hard time. At least they get the job done, Im not their to make friends. USPS provide good service with a low cost. Using USPS we can kinda sleep at night knowing our package will be delivered/receive.

I hate all USPS but this one has a rude manager. I am trying to find a package now that shipped on the 12th! and still doesnt show in route; its the 22nd! If I loose this eBay sale I am more than going to scream! in 2012 the USPS lost a 700.00 dollar package and then said well sorry it wasnt insured. I dont insure my car to leave it at a repair garage, turns out they didnt loose it they destroyed it. I got it back all wrapped up with tape saying sorry for the damage to your package. Now a third package has shown up at a customer destroyed and he wants a refund! What the H are you people paid for?

really that customer service leaves much to be desired, yesterday I was in that office to make a shipment, but the volume of my shipment me was very expensive, Im Hispanic and since I entered the office felt discrimination and derision by the staff who work there, and when I realized I could not cancel delivery and decided to retire with my burden a woman of Asian ancestry who was at the counter began to make fun of me I felt humiliated really should improve that each customer deserves respect !!!

Ignore the person who says shes discriminated against for being Hispanic. Everyone in St. Cloud is Hispanic. Our society encourages people to find offense and "discrimination" everywhere. As for this post office, its hit and miss. One counter woman is extremely efficient. I bring in 25 packages at a time, and theyre done in no time. Another woman shows zero ambition or energy -- youll know who I mean, trust me -- and the process takes three times as long.

The counter people are nice . The Manager is rude ! Hes that way 90% of the time . Hes the one with Curley grey and black hair . He has even gone out of his way to be rude . Once with me but have witness several times . Jerk ! Its crazy . Using UPS more but miss the counter people . I have a business , be nice .

During the time that my mail was being held at the St.Cloud, Florida office, my husbands credit card info was stolen. After reading other comments on here about expensive packages being "lost", etc., I highly doubt this is a coincidence.

Cancelled my PO Box without notifying me that I needed to renew. Who knows what they did with all my mail. USPS in generally sucks sometimes. 2-day priority often becomes 4-5 day priority. Thanks guys.
