Customer service is horrible. I was having problems with my mail delivery. Talked to a gentleman and he told me it was going to take him awhile and to please hold. 35 min. later I finally hung up. Tried calling back for over 2 hrs. All I got was a busy signal. It went from that to a recording telling me I had to enter an access code. Waited until the next day. All day long I got the same recording. Finally I made the call on another phone and they picked up. I explained that I was having problems with my delivery service and he told me if I was having a problem I needed to call in the morning and talk to the Carrier. These people were avoiding my call. Unbelievable. When I questioned why I got an answer using another phone he turned the phone away and said something then told me I have to call in the morning. Thats our tax paying $$ at work folks. I will be taking this to the next level.

Horrible - try calling nothing but a busy tone. In person found the supervisors very protective of the carrier who destroys mail by cramming mail in a postal box if a large amount of mail is to be delivered in one day. Alternative could be one step to the right is a very large box for packages that could be used. The large boxes were not all used, just a lazy carrier. This has happened multiple times. Lazy, destructive carriers - FedEx and UPS have accountabilty and quality.

We live in the Kings Ridge Community in Clermont. We have had James as our letter carrier for several years. He is outstanding and by far the best letter carrier we have had. He is always pleasant and cheerful. He provides us with efficient service which we greatly appreciate. He was away for a few months, but is now back with us. Thank you, James, for a job well done. We sorely missed you when you were away.

I must be fair and say Supervisor Luis Hernandez went above and beyond his job in finding my Amazon package. Our business had recently moved and even with all of the millions of letters and boxes that must go through this regional facility, like a detective he tracked it down! Great Job! No one knows where my package is the lady at the post office said it was returned to the annex i talked to betsy and she said she will call back but no one has not yet and this was priority mail.

They were unfriendly over the phone especially the associate Dena. She was rude and unhelpful and did not assist with finding my package even though it said delivered.
