If I could give this location 0 stars, I most definitely would. I opened up my P.O. Box online, because I needed my mail to be forwarded ASAP. I called prior to doing so about making arrangements to have someone verify my information- as both my boyfriend and I work longer hours than the post office is open. I was told I could stop by on Saturday Morning when the post master is still there to have them confirm my identification. Great. It was all taken care of, but the woman was very rude. I let her know I apologized if it was an inconvenience, but I was told I could handle it this way so I was just taking up on the opportunity. A few days later, she saw me in there (the same woman) and made a comment VERY RUDELY, that she remembered me and I did not sign the document to verify my identification. No problem. I signed the form and left it in my box, as she told me to do. I have checked my box SEVERAL days now and the letter is still there. Im not sure if they are withholding the mail I KNOW that I have because theyve failed to collect my form. ALSO, my boyfriend and I were lucky enough to be able to stop by the post office on Monday to mail something out. Being that we dont often do that, we needed to pay for an envelope and postage. She said the total of $00.61 approximately 5 times WHILE he was pulling his wallet out, acting as if he failed to hear her. She slid the envelope towards our side of the counter and told us we needed to go outside to fill it out because she had to lock the doors, so I went to grab the envelope to walk out and start filling it out. She then slapped her had on the envelope, pulled it back towards her, and LOUDLY said "its $00.61!!!" My boyfriend already had his card out ready to slide/insert the chip. Are you really going to think that were not going to pay you and I was about to dodge out of there with a damn envelope? As someone who has worked in Customer Service a LONG time, I have never seen someone be SO disrespectful. Disgusting.

What a waste of space. Operating ours change so much you would have to live across the street to catch them open. Get rid of it, or redo it more like the South Florida Ave branch!

Horrible service no matter whos there. Both ladys are extremly rude. You can get in when no ones there and still wait. Do not use this post office

Convenient location to my house but they do keep odd hours less than the larger one on South Florida Avenue
