I remember this location when I was a little kid, one guy is still there. There is always a wait, no one cares if you dont have all day to be there. They refuse to update this location to install an automatic postage machine or other helpful, efficient services. Get in your car and drive to the location up the hill on Rockside (garfield) and use the automated system, youll be happy you did.

Called today on nov 4, at 12:08 pertaining to a insurance claim. African american Female postal worker was very unprofessional and attitudish. When i asked for her name she instantly hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Well no longer do business with this location.
