I ordered an item from Amazon Prime and expected delivery on sunday 9/20/2015. I received a phone call from indicating some one was at the gate to my community, by the time I was able to answer the phone, there was no one there. I then received an email stating that my package was deliverable. How can the Postal carrier deliver daily mail and not be able access our community on weekends? This is unacceptable service. Now, instead of receiving my package in two days as promised by Amazon, the USPS tracking status indicates I wont receive delivery for another two days, 4 days in total. If I ran my business in this way, I would be out of business.

Only post office that doesnt accept digital signatures for packages over seas. I have to go to the post office, present ID and sign whereas any other post office doesnt require that unless its registered. At first I didnt have to sign anything but all of a sudden I do so I signed them online and things were fine and then they left me a printed paper saying you must sign the little pink slip. Im never home to pickup and sign so all my packages sit at the post office.Shitty service, 3 hour window to pickup on Saturdays due to security reasons...

Very unprofessional and irresponsible employees, STARTING FROM MANAGEMENT. ...Absolutely disgusting service. Did an address change, Ive been waiting on important mail and nobody at this post office has an idea as to where my mail is going. They kept insisting that "the carrier has been putting mail in my mailbox". I check the mailbox every single day and I have only received three pieces of mail, which one of those letters were wrongly placed in my box, it was for a different address. This location needs a change ASAP.

rudest people ever....my item says they left a note which they didnt any wouldnt let me pick it up because name was wrong on the package but the right address. if i could give 0 stars i would. and they throw packages around no wonder the postal service and not doing so well

This is the special post office. They have special hours and phones that dont ring or get answered. This location is different than any other post office in the country!

Was told we moved, package undeliverable. We still live here. I have been trying to call, phone doesnt work just like their delivery service.
